I plan to visit Thailand this winter for one month, but I think may be to continue the trip for another two weeks in different location like Philippines or Vietnam.
Is it better to stay in Thailand the whole time( about 6 weeks ) or split it between two countries? What second country should I go? where are the hotter women and beautiful sights?

I was advised to skip Thailand because it's mainly pros, especially Pattaya. Still wanna try it, so I think I need 3 cities in Thailand and 1 in Philippines, any suggestions?
May be I'll stay in Bangkok for a week, then Pattaya and 2 weeks in south Thailand.
What city should I go in the Philippines? I prefer something with a nice nature and less pollution and crime.

I've been living out here for almost two years. I suggest you do Bangkok for a few days especially for daygame, Pattaya for another few days, then choose a touristy island like Samui and bounce. The level of English in this country is abysmal and yeah its beautiful but unless you like banging chicks who can barely introduce themselves its not worth a long visit. Just my 2¢ Feel free to ask more questions...

How long is enough to stay in Thailand? how about gaming tourists in Phuket?
I heard that most of the people in Philippines speak English so should I stay there most of the time instead?

I would personally stay out of Phuket, tuktuk maffia and all, prices really been going crazy there compared to other islands.
How about some time in Bangkok, go up north to Chiang Mai and perhaps further north (I really liked Mae Hong Son and Chaing Rai, just for sights though, no gaming there) and do some time on one of the islands. Krabi perhaps or Samui. You can go to Pattaya, but that's working girl territory.
As far as the Phils go, I would say Boracay is very beautiful with a shitload of tourists (Europeans, Koreans, Japanese) and plenty of hot locals. It is probably the most touristic place in the Philippines, but the beach is awesome and because its so touristic there is plenty to do regarding gaming. If you are into sports, you can do kitesurfing on the side of the island that is a bit less touristic.
Other places to think about would be Cebu or perhaps Palawan. I really liked el Nido, but that is a very small place.
If its girls it would be Bangkok all the way for me, and Boracay a nice second. I do prefer Thai girls over Philipino girls though.

Is there any place in Isaan that I should visit? I prefer the darker Thais.

I have never been to Isaan myself. Plenty of Isaan or darker skinned Thais around though. In Pattaya, Bangkok or the islands.
Is it enough to stay 4 days in each city?
The cities on my list:
Bangkok
Chiang Mai
Pattaya
Koh Samui(or any other Island) - Is there any other good islands with nice beaches?
then to take a flight to the Philippines and stay there 2 weeks, is it enough?
I plan my trip to be up to 6 weeks.
Thanks for the info.

Stay out of Asia man. It's 100% pros, all prostitutes. There are no regular girls and they all have one motive to get your money, all 35,000,000 of them.

Mate, head to Phuket in Thailand.
It's loaded with all nationalities, all on holiday and horny.
Game the Russians in Karon, chat up the French in Surin.
Its got day game, market game, beach game, tourist game, mall game and club/pub game.
The Thai people are chill and beautiful, it's cheap, food is awesome, the weather is epic and you have loads of stuff to do when not chasing poon.... Diving, sight seeing, hire a scooter etc.
If you strike out on the hot white market, theres always a bar fine to ease the sacks.
No brainer.

Sounds nice.
But my dilemma is if I should travel only to Thailand or may be travel to Vietnam/Myanmar/Laos/Philippines for a week in the end of my trip.

I recommend staying at guesthouses and only gaming the girls that hang out at these places. They are top notch and ready to party at a moment's notice.
Buy a singlet advertising beer chang or some soccer team. Remember to wear shorts, flip flops everywhere, and shave your head chicks really dig this laid back holiday look. It shows you're a casual dude who's single and ready to mingle with the ladies.
Beer is cheap in SEA and there's plenty of little cafes where you can get sloshed and do some day game.
Sometimes yelling loudly at the shop keepers or girls in pidgin english will help them understand you better if they don't speak english.

^ Myanmar is probably not interesting for men trying to hook up with women.
If I were OP, I'd spend 1 month in Thailand - 1 week in BKK, 2 weeks in the beaches, 1 week in the mountains (Chang Mai)
I'd spend the other 2 weeks in Philippines - 1 week in Manila, 1 week in Palawan (preferably with a girl).
Bam, perfect trip.

ive been to thailand once and visited Bangkok and pattaya and here my 2 cents on them :
the country itself has really quite amazing nature but both of the cities were full of hookers specially pattaya and the p4p scene there is unbelievable which turns me off really from the place
literally every where u go you will either see hookers or tuktok drivers or any other thai dude will offer u the "boom boom"
personally I'm not a big fan of Asian girls unless she's not less than 8 and not a hooker for sure that's why i've turned down many girls mostly freelancers at clubs at walking street (which if u're good looking will be begging u 2 shag them for free " and BTW i don't consider that shoring !
bottom line if I'll be visiting Thailand again which i will do soon by the way is for only 2 reasons :
1- enjoy the amazing nature and visit some new islands do some diving and stuff so just relax and chill out
2- game tourists specially scandis whom i haven't find much in pattaya and was told that there are shitloads of em hanging around in the islands
and personally i wont stay in one place more than 1 week unless i pulled an 8 and will be spending time with her
hope u enjoy ur trip dude

How about renting through AirBnb instead of hotels? or is it even better to be in hostels to meet tourist chicks?

Jesus, why can't people move their arses and visit some place that is not Pattaya or Phuket? Thailand has an area of half a million square kilometers with over 30 cities. Nothing is forcing you to go hang out with pros in these two places.

In Bangkok always use AirBnB. The value for money is outstanding.

Plenty of non P4P in Thailand.
But within reason, don't expect to be fucking hot 21 yr olds when you are a 40 yr old that looks shit.
Guys over 35 (that look ok) can meet good looking late 20s early 30s women that have good jobs making nice (western salary) money and won't expect money from you. I'm talking managers, researchers, doctors etc.
Same guy can also meet cute early 20s chicks but generally will be paying for dinner, movie or drinks.
Now you might wonder why you would want to deal with 28-35 yr old women in Thailand when you can deal with the same age in your own country.
My answer: cuzz you get way more cooperation and less drama from a Thai middle to upper class (career) girl than a western career girl. Plus they generally look better (few fatties).
