What can France do without a mass deportation? Hell at this point even that wouldn't be enough.

Anyone here take counterterrorism/active shooter training? Is there any useful advice we can provide for our French brothers? Only things I can remember:
- If you're staying in a hotel, get a room close to the stairwell or fire exit
- If you're in a hostage situation and being rescued, drop to the floor. Do not try to aid the rescuers by fighting your captors. You may just make it more difficult for the rescue team.

And who exactly would you deport? People with a french national citizenship? How many generations of french must there be in your family to not be deported?

Not trying to pile on in this delicate moment, but did the French do much to improve security during this past year?
Be safe man, be safe.

I actually know moderate French Muslims that are no different than any of us. They may give lip service to religion, but live pretty secular. They drink, go out clubbing, listen to the same music we do, work and live their normal lives and do whatever anyone else does.

I do think that they are people who are aware of such events such as this one and said nothing. Not all can be lumped in, but some should be. Also, I bet many harbor such feelings maybe not to the degree that these crazies do and willing to take action but inside where they share it with no one, there is some joy for them in seeing this violence.
Everyone on this board, I can say with 100% certainty, has had some moment where we had some joy deep inside while seeing someone suffer (i.e. that douche got what he deserved, the seahawks glad they lost, etc.).
We all have some darkness within us.

I wonder who set it. Angry French people or the freeloaders celebrating. Knowing that whatever they burn will be gladly replaced by the French government.
