Halloween Costume Ideas?

Went to one last night on Saturday. I went as Aladdin...almost see-through white cotton trousers, bare-chested with an Aladdin-style red vest and slippers. Found a toy sword lying around in the garage and tied it to my trousers..didn't spend a single cent, everything was from home. I've got my body fat down to a good level, so had a few girls rubbing my chest. Ended the night with a bang, with a chick dressed as a minion. As I was escalating with her, I told her I got a genie lamp in my trousers.

Sew a big black cardboard rectangle to the center of the back of your shirt, with a small silver circle in the middle. Hang out in the kitchen at parties. Otherwise, dress normal.

When people ask what you are, turn your back to them and say: Refrigerator magnet.

I have done this, and I like having a one liner costume that gets a laugh, is not uncomfortable, and gets people asking questions, and you don't have to act out a character all night.

Make America Great Again hat and sunglasses.

Wore it last night.

It's the only time you can wear it without getting shit on. People don't know if you're wearing it ironically or unironically sense it's Halloween. Huge conversation starter. You'll automatically stand out.

It was great, no pun intended. I'll do it again if I go out tomorrow.

Edit: Come to think of it, if I throw on my yellow t-shirt and red flannel, I'll be my avatar. Why not.

Walked in the club dressed as a Shaolin Monk from the 70s/80s old school kung fu genre. I think the under 30 aged group had absolutely no idea what my outfit was and we're always asking who I was. Only the 35+ black guys that grew up watching those flicks got the gist of who I was.

I was imitating the drunken style on the floor last night ...... then suddenly a bouncer came up grabbed me and told I have to go....he told me he was watching me for sometime and said I was drunk or high on cocaine hahahaha.

I explained who I was and he relented and we shared a laugh at the end of the night.

But it helped me pull this hot Russian girl playfully challenging her to a fight.

^^What other ideas do you have?

I usually dress as Mr. Darcy; chicks love Mr. Darcy. One year, during the Occupy Wall Street protests, I dressed as a homeless man, and had a little cardboard sign that said, "We are the 99%."

I like Mr.Darcy's idea... where do you get those type of "classical" shirts?

Halloween Costume Ideas?

Was brainstorming a list of random ideas to sort through but here are a few that can be chewed on and/or spit out:

Kingsman- go with the young guy look or the old guy look
The Young Pope- this is that Jude Law character that might be edgy or problematic not quite sure
Taboo- the Tom Hardy character would be an interesting choice
Kim Jung Ill as the rocket man Elton John- is political and currently relevant and one most would be most cool with for a laugh
Justin Bieber- has been done in the past but he is still strangely enough continues to be popular
Baywatch- another way to show off the muscles this year and be relevant but probably will be common
Power Ranger- getting nostalgic and instantly recognizable for good rapport but maybe would be too friendzoney.
Wonder Woman- probably be a hit with the ladies as either the Chris Pine character or if you can pull it off, Wonder Woman herself.
Lucifer- tv show, not sure if this would be distinct enough to recognize or popular enough but seems like it has potential.
Over the top PUA guy- I am sure someone here has already tried this in the past but it seems like you could go with some crazy peacocking and so on and it would be easier to approach as it would be expected or even encouraged and you could probably go even more exaggerated as a consequence with your approaches and stuff.

Haven't been watching the commercials this year but there is probably another character or two that is worth considering like Flo from Progressive Insurance was a popular one for women in the past. Maybe dress like the dilly, dilly guy on the Budweiser commercial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8Cb5Wk2t-8.

Probably some ideas out there you can play with regarding memes and such. Here, is one crazy example that might be famous enough about a Turkish chef nicknamed Salt Bae: https://www.maxim.com/entertainment/salt...017-2017-1

Definitely play to your strengths and/or physical qualities.

Familiarity is somewhat important, too. If you have to explain that you're Freddie Fenster from "The Usual Suspects", then you're doing it wrong.

I'm 6'6", back 20 years ago when I was in better shape, I went as the Jolly Green Giant (with green makeup and a green bodysuit for the arms and legs). Ended up getting a blow job from Little Bo Peep that night when she skipped away from her husband.

A few years ago, a buddy's wife threw him a 'James Bond' themed party for his birthday. I went as Jaws. A shit ton of gel in my hair, some silver vampire teeth, and a dress shirt and slacks with suspenders. Got plenty of kudos walking in dressed like that ("He's tall like Jaws, OMG that's the perfect costume !!"). But in today's climate Jaws would likely be unrecognizable to anyone on Halloween night except for the die hard JB fans.

For the last ten years or so, when I've had the opportunity to dress up and go to a Halloween party (versus taking the kids trick-or-treating), I've gone as either Jason from the Friday the 13th movies (complete with coveralls), which is met with some "Oh shit"'s, or the Terminator (from the second movie, with leather jacket and sunglasses). A few people would ask, "Who're you supposed to be, The Terminator ?". So I'm having second thoughts about that one this year.

Entertained dressing as Frankenstein a couple of times, but there's usually at least one other guy dressed like him or some variation, so I've nixed that.

But at 6'6", I'm regularly on the lookout for a quality Chewbacca costume that won't break the bank on something I'd only wear once a year.

Appropriate and ideal costumes vary according to your profile and the type of party you're going to.

The G Man's guidelines are good:

- No face paint: girls don't want to kiss you, if they do it wrecks the costume, it's a mess if you start sweating, etc.
- No shirt off: try hard.

Good costumes, in my opinion, should make you look good (enhance your physical attributes or character) or make people gravitate toward you (approaching is easy when girls come to you to take a photo with you for their social media).

Timeless good costumes:
- Doctor
- Airplane pilot
- Tony Montana
- Waldo (Where's Waldo)
- Greek
- Devil
- Priest/Pope
- Cowboy

Current good costumes:
- Pablo Escobar
- Jon Snow

I think this makes a lot of sense. One year I went as a character that I could not pull off and ended up wasting a lot of time re-explaining who I was and it brought my energy levels down over the course of the night. The lone exception would be if you want them to ask you who you are and are using this is as an extension of your game and in this way it can raise your energy levels. Still, for game purposes, I would think the better costume choices will be something that is fun that will get a laugh or can be sexualized or has a fun role play element for you and the girls.

Not sure what to make of your comment, brother. Would you recommend against it? I'm over 40 and don't have the body of some of you so the biceps/abs costumes are not a good fit for me.

The other thing I was thinking was a satan or something, modeled after DeNiro's character Louis Cyphre in Angel Heart (3 piece suit). My thinking on both is a naughty frame which facilitates opening chicks.

My best costume was being Michael Phelps. I'm also 6'6, and my costume was perfect. It was back when body suits were still being used, so I had some Under Armour leggings I wore under a pair of board shorts with a tight fitting shirt (that some girls later took off). The goggles were around my neck along with some gold medals. Everyone recognized it immediately and it didn't cost me anything.

Well, sometimes it's better to determine between multiple options. I'd go with the devil one, because it's easy to understand at a glance, and you can easily run normal game, with the costume setting the tone. A pimp costume could come off as try hard.

An acquaintance begged me to take her to a Halloween party since her regular date cancelled on her, but she already had a prostitute costume. I came as her pimp.

Black silk shirt half unbuttoned with gold chains, and white pants and blazer.

She sat on my leg most of the night while I offered her services to passers by. When I got up later, I noticed she had lubricated all over my thigh.

I'd either dress up as the Driver from Drive (I have the Scorpion jacket) or Dougie Jones.
