Question about going to the gym

Question about going to the gym

The general advice among a few others is to always go to the gym.

But after you get to a certain size and % of bodyfat you generally become less attractive to girls.Bigger is not always better basiclly.

Most women want a lean guy with toned muscles instead of a huge bodybuilder so should you stop bulking up etc. after a certain checkpoint and just maintain your size with low body fat?

Note: I got the information what size girls want from various polls and videos on the internet. [Image: smile.gif]

Yeah big ripped dudes never get girls.

Lift for yourself, not to get girls.

Approaching and game is far more efficient than lifting for getting girls.

Why I lift.

You have to do it because you enjoy it. Or else it starts feeling like a job and you lose passion.

Don't get me wrong,I like it and it feels good to be in shape and fit I was just wondering how bad the diminishing returns were and what the general opinion of that on the forums are [Image: smile.gif]

Why not worry about diminishing returns on going to the gym when you're big enough to have an opinion worth listening to? Cart before the horse, man.

If you are not on steroids, you will never reach the area of diminishing returns. The bar is set that high. Don't worry about overtraining, worry about training.

Question about going to the gym

Lol, worrying about getting "too big" from lifting weights is like worrying about making too much money and not knowing what to spend it on.

You can get plenty big and strong training 3 days a week for an hour at a time. Your diet and sleep should already be on point, so 3 hours of your time in a week is hardly a huge investment.

Question about going to the gym

I also stopped lifting because I was too big and strong.

But then my cock was also too big and it scared girls away, so I had to start doing steroids to make it smaller, and then my muscles got too big again. It's a vicious cycle.

Now I'm forever alone.

I'm glad other people have experienced this. It would have been nice if someone would have warned me. Four months of lifting and I shockingly turn in to Frank Zane. Fucking sucks.

OP, "girls like lean guys" is something fat asses, scrawny guys, and girls say because it's exponentially easier to eat healthy and shed pounds (read: pounds, not necessarily fat) than it is to gain significant muscle, lifting weights is hard - physically and psychologically, and girls lie. They don't want to appear shallow, though they certainly are.

I was a svelte, lean athlete at 6'1, 165 lbs for my late teens to early 20s. I didn't have a lot of trouble with girls but I was always made the first move. When I gained 25 pounds of muscle, a little bit of fat, and general "filling out", girls (especially when drunk) began taking the initiative.
