Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps

What! Roosh you've never had fish and chips before? I'm shocked. Especially since you grew up near the Atlantic coast. Deep fried fish filets are a staple for pretty much every country bordering the North Atlantic.

There is nothing better than getting a piping hot cod filet with a light, crispy crust and pushing your fork into the flaky, tender and juicy steaming fish underneath.

Fish and chips is actually not that big in MD/DC area. In MD its crabcakes. Not on a lot of menus here.

Agreed. The only place where I have had fish and chips in this area was at Union Jack's, a British themed bar and restaurant with decent, but not great, food. For crabcakes, try G&M by BWI airport. Possibly the best crabcakes in the world.

English Fish and Chips is pretty decent.

The full English breakfast is also quite good and is worth getting along with chicken tikka masala since London does that well too.

Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps

Just on the train home from the London event, gutted I couldn't stay for the night out but didn't have hotel. A BBC film crew was there, with a presenter called Reggie Yates [redacted] but not sure how much say-so he'll have in final edit.

The crew were pretty shocked at how diverse the crowd was in terms of age, and especially race/social standing - I think they expected nerdy, "angry white guys", when it was anything but.

Also, got the chance to meet a few of the forum guys, all cool. Benoit, Deluge and tylerdurden1993 - and I got on very well with a dude who's recently registered under the name 'The Reckoning' or 'The Redemption' or something (Sorry, I can't remember despite asking you twice!). And a Welsh guy also, who said he was going to register after having a good chat with Roosh at the end about Protein World, the new Magic Mike, and the hypocrisy.

One thing that made me laugh, and I think it was Benoit who brought it up, was that the event was held in what is apparently a sort of art gallery for Arabic culture - but ironically we were in there critiquing multiculturalism. [Image: lol.gif]

Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to properly chat with Roosh after the event, as he was being pestered by the BBC crew, and had to do a short interview outside the room involving the presenter, and the only woman who was present in the room. I think she was checking people in at the start, but I got there early and got checked in by Roosh. (How did you find her, by the way, as she was very traditional in her life choices and what not, as mentioned in the talk?)

That said, she did have a pop to the BBC (in the interview) after you'd left the lobby area, saying in was "wrong" for you to dismiss her 'facts' or something. [Image: icon_biggrin.gif]

Anyway, all in all, great day out, and I recommend it to the guys on the North American leg of the tour. I just wish I'd been able to head out with everyone.

Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps

Wow what a great day yesterday (and early this morning) was!.

I thoroughly enjoyed Roosh's talk, and it covered many different areas including what's wrong right now, tips on game, happiness and so forth. Obviously don't want to give to much away, but a great quote was 'women can only brighten the light you already have'... ie be a great man, and a woman will compliment you.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a strong representation from guys closer to my age (I'm the same age as Roosh), and I thoroughly enjoyed the QA when we spoke on many factors about masculinity. It tickled my brain when the idea of capitalism's influence upon feminism was introduced to me. A very intelligent crowd!

A couple of things that are probably going to be unique to the event was the attendance by Reggie Yates from the BBC (apparently a big deal in the UK). The skepticism towards the media was palpable, and it will be interested how when the cameras were turned on Reggie how it is portrayed in his final cut. It says so much that almost all the guys were unwilling to be interviewed on camera. Speaks a great deal about what having these views made public could mean to us, and also for the bravery of men like Roosh.

Also worth mentioning was the almost comedic selling out of Roosh by the single (paid!) female attendee. A supposed 'sympathiser' who turned immediately when her opinion was questioned and dismissed by Roosh. I'm sure that we will see a blog post about it at some point.

The festivities after the event were great, even if London nightlife didn't help us out. A special mention must go to Mike (Roosh's official videographer) who opened like a machine. You know you are doing well when Roosh says 'that man does the work'!.

I bailed after 3am leaving Mike and Roosh in a set with two Polish girls - I hope it ended well!! Roosh makes good on his promise to stay until the last man leaves - brilliant!

What a great experience spending 12 hours with a guy that I've read and admired for years, and also to be connected with like minded men!

I said it to Roosh, but I want to say it again - we need a book on neomasculinity. This will be your magnum opus man!

Finally, I'm back in London 16-21 July (I was the bald/bearded guy who spoke about my son, asked about antifragility etc). Would be great to catch up with attendees whilst I'm still in this part of the world. PM me if interested.

Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps

A total of 66 guys showed up for the London lecture. We were at the venue until 8pm and I said goodbye to the last men standing at almost 5am. Some notes:

1. The vibe of London compared to Berlin was definitely different. The guys in Berlin were looser and younger while the London guys were older and more experienced. In Berlin there were maybe a couple guys older than me but in London there were many more. Berlin also had more senior forum members. I think Deluge, Benoit, and Teedub were the only ones in London.

2. A production company filming for the BBC came to shoot segments for a documentary on masculinity with host Reggie Yates, a TV personality in England. I told them they couldn't film faces and got their word on it, but guys at the lecture were still paranoid, and I can understand that. Some of the guys unloaded their BBC criticisms on the crew.

In the future I will not let the media bring in cameras. Reggie was respectful, but I'm not sure our plight really hit him. Why should it? He's been famous since a young age and is getting married to an Instagram model (WB). In the interview I had with him, I was pointed about my criticisms on the media and they never tried to put me on the defensive. So if they do a hit piece, it will probably be with the help of content they get from outside the lecture. They seemed really big on getting "both sides of the story" so that means they definitely will interview feminists to explain to us all what masculinity should be.

If the BBC stabs me in the back by showing an unfair segment (it doesn't necessarily have to be positive), then I'm doing a complete media blackout forever. No interviews, no filming, nothing. My dealings with the media is like an abusive relationship, and this will be the last one if they do some editing tricks or put me in a box that is not truthful.

3. There was an incident with the paid hostess. I hurt her feelings at some point in the Q&A when I cut her off as she tried to give a rambling opinion (she had asked to stay). She got her revenge by giving an interview with the BBC crew about how I "marginalized" her voice..... at a men's talk. [Image: lol.gif] There seems to be a surprising pattern of drama happening when a woman is present.

4. Berlin had more game questions. London had more societal collapse questions. Some of the London guys are ready for a bigger movement. Things are not nearly as bad in Berlin, so the culture part of the speech didn't resonate with them as much as in London.

5. We went to the pub afterwards and started flirting with girls a bit. My best receptions of the night was from a Polish girl and Czech girl. Spanish girls were the nastiest. I remember I turned around and made eye contact with some old chubby Mexican burrito who I would never approach. She looked at me and wagged her finger as if to say "Don't talk to me." Getting rejected by a girl I didn't even approach... that's a first!

British girls didn't really give me much love except for just one girl who said she liked the American accent, even though the quality all-around wasn't that high and the they seem to be nearly universally chubby and doughy. I guess this is why guys in London go for the foreign girls. New York seems way easier.

In all the event went off great with no feminist protest or disruptions. The highlight for me was walking outside from the lecture to the first pub in a pack of men nearly 40 strong. It was like a gang.

Washington DC is next on Saturday.

Given some of his previous subject matter, it could be interesting to see what comes of it. Apparently he made a film called 'Patriarch'.

Roosh's 2015 World Tour recaps

Like others I just wanted to add my thanks to Roosh here for the event and for his speech. Having the opportunity to hear him speak in person meant was definitely something I'd recommend and it felt like there was a smooth narrative flow. Things got a little intense when talking about politics but that's to be expected.
I must admit that I'm guilty of having put Roosh on a pedestal for everything he's helped introduce me to but seeing him in the flesh was a good reality check.

I think a lot of people were right to distrust the BBC after Reggie's documentary on Russia turned into a hatchet job.

While it's entirely possible that the crew were being objective and simply wanted to understand the premise of what was going on, the footage they collected has to go through an editing and filtration process. And considering the BBC's cultural bias it was entirely understandable that people were reluctant to give them any ammunition. But somehow I don't think that'll be a problem for them.

Anyway, it was great to meet so many other like-minded individuals there. Speaking about economics, different cultures, working environments and other topics was highly invigorating considering the quality of my day-to-day interactions in the workplace.

Sorry I couldn't stick around for longer but hopefully myself and some other London residents will be able to meet on a more regular basis in the future. Oh, and for those of you who were there I was the guy in the black suit with a turtleneck and red pocket square.

Good advice, Phoenix! The BBC will do a hateful stitch up job on Roosh and especially on any attendees they managed to speak to. Roosh being a well known manosphere figure and very experienced in dealing with the media and difficult interviewers with an agenda, should have been the only man interviewed. They will paint a story of mysogyny, sexism and anti feminism and possibly even raise the "race card". Never expect anything good to come from a BBC journalist with a film crew, they are liberal lefty scum with a hateful agenda, not to be trusted.

I learnt this from my involvement in the UK climate "sceptic" movement and UK Independance Party. Never trust the media!!!

Yeah the leftists in the MSM and those who swallow their swill aren't going to change their minds even if they cast Roosh in a neutral light, but any ruckus they produce will bring Roosh and the manosphere to the attention of disenfranchised men looking for someone on their side.

Might even be better to deliberately jab at the MSM or the leftist establishment in any talk. As long as it's clear in every talk that Roosh in a champion of men's interests, any man who sides with the MSM is a lost cause anyway.

Thanks for the report Roosh, that sounds amazing, wish I could have been there.

The BBC though, wow I'm impressed they're covering it, but I don't trust them at all. They might provide some sort of 'balanced' report and friendly, joking interviewers. However it will be narrated by some cold, bitchy woman condemning the whole thing, and that narrative is what tells the sheep what to think about it. It will also have some dark music playing in the background as well, little subtle things like that. That has been my experience of watching the BBC reports on anything that doesn't fit into their worldview.

NO - this is not even remotely possible. There won't be anything positive coming out of it. At the very best it will be neutral, but that would be a small miracle and someone probably would have had to fight for it behind the scenes. All media heads must be completely on board with leftist-green-hell-multi-cultural marxism. Even if they harbor different opinions personally, they must never ever show them. If the report appears too positive or neutral, then they will cut it down severely and just let feminists talk. But the likelihood is higher that they will portray everyone as extremists or deluded crazies.

Currently Roosh could only talk his mind freely on alternative venues like Infowars or almost Red Pill ones like Joe Rogan. The mainstream belongs completely to them and the only one who gets away with voicing their opinions there are gays like Milo or some Red Pill women. The only way how they will allow Roosh to talk freely on BBC is if he suddenly turns gay or transgender.

No offense there - it's just such a fucked up state we are at currently.

It was great to meet so many like-minded guys in real life. Being able to talk freely without constantly having to check over your shoulder was refreshing.

Enjoyed the lecture but the Q&A section was the highlight of the event for me. The discussions at the venue and in the pub afterwards were deep and varied. I ran out of energy at midnight but there were loads still out. Mike the videographer was definitely an approach machine.

The BBC crew all gave off no hostile vibes, but they have a job to do and in the end the editing isn't up to them. Having Reggie Yates there was a weird one, for all they seemed sympathetic the guy has no way to relate to us.

He couldn't even honestly answer Roosh's question - "How often do you get women throwing themselves at you?"

One guy told me he'd done an interview, from what he said they hadn't thrown him any trick questions but they had obviously come prepared with questions for a group of angry woman-haters.

Yes, I allowed them too. I'll allow them from this point on the condition they don't bring a camera, just so men are not uncomfortable. I want them to see the comradery we have along with the strong ideological platform we have developed. I loved reading how the Vice girl shared her "fear" from such organization. It was also fun to rib on the BBC crew a bit on our home turf. Reggie did tell them afterwards that he was surprised things got heated (he stopped one step short of saying we attacked him). This may be the only opportunity we get to confront the media with our grievances.

Two or three guys did interviews in addition to the hostess. Even for them, I really don't think there will be negative repercussions.

One thing I noticed is that SJWs/feminists have so much perpetual outrage now that they are no longer able to gather substantial heat upon any one target. The Canadians have actually started a petition recently to ban me from the country but it is struggling to gain steam because their outrage attention is spread too thin. The funny thing is that outrages need to go "viral" like with Julien Blanc or the Protein World advertisement or nothing happens. They blew their wad on me long ago with the "Roosh is a rapist" stuff. There's nothing else to get me on.
