Its only my first week of Spanish lessons smart ass and it is not my only or main reason for being in Cusco. My complaint is not that people in Cusco do not speak English. I have no problem when I go to a polleria 2km away from the tourist part of the city and nobody speaks English. My complaint is that staff at tourist realted business do not speak English. It is their fucking job! I have a problem if I am trying to have a complex negotiation to organise a tour and the staff at the tour agency do not fucking speak English! Would kind of moron who owns a tour agency that provides tours for foreigners does not hire a single staff member that speaks English!

Slutty Bricheras have long since vanished from Cusco in my opion. In nearly 3 weeks in Cusco I have only seen three foreigners walking around with Peruvian girls and who even knows if those girls were from Cusco or if they both came together from another city (e.g. Lima) to Cusco for a vacation. As for respect being earned, I have made heaps of contributions to Rooshv since I joined. Just look at the solid and detailed data I added to the the datasheet on Sydney (my home city). I recomended and commented on specific venues for daygame and nightgame and the nightgame atmosphere generally. You really need to think long and hard when you come in here and insult guys who make legitimate first hand on the ground critiscims of a location. ROOSHV is not some feel good b.s. First, I want to answer to @Australia sucks: Taxis are between 3 to 5 soles inside the city, ask before to take the taxi, in Sol Avenue, near to Coricancha, you can find super cheap tours below 15 soles, Valle Sagrado por 60 soles with bufett(food). If you go near to the Plaza de Armas or online, then they will rip you. Relate to service, If you can afford the expensive restaurants and the Belmont, Marriot hotel, service will be amazing.
Cusco is not definitely a shithole. Now i wil answer the next part and support some ideas of @NovaVirtu.
I visited Cusco for the first In March of This year. Honestly, As Nova said Go with low expectatives, Peru is not as modern as the Western countries.The main reason why did i chose Cusco? It was that I wanted to meet Machu Picchu and other places(80%),Girls are just the complement(20%).
I expected to see beautiful places, good number of local players(bricheros), not friendly locals, not easy girls, hard competition, bad food, suffer soroche and many other not good things. I planned and get information of tours, blogs of travelers, prices, local train tickets, restaurants.
Resume my experience in Cusco, i had the best 11 continuous days of my life. Valle sagrado, maras Moray,South Valley, Pisac were super amazing. Hotel staff threated me better than my expectation, food was good, prices were similar, people were so so friendly. 7 years ago, I went to Lima and i asked for adress, people ignore me, sometimes I even was excluded from some groups, i banged good quality of limeñas, but with a lot of effort and time.
In Cusco, i made friend with owners of restaurants, bouncers and dancers of Mama Africa, other tourist. Something that it was funny, When i went to eat or interact with people in the Disco, Many of them thought i was a cusqueño. In front of my hotel, i always spend 30 minutes with a girl who sells emoliente, She always gave me tips and introduce me some locals who bring interesting point of views relate to their culture.
Now, Focus in girls. In Lima, in 7 years, I was aproached just 3 times by 5's, In Cusco, i was approached 7 times and i received a good number of heavy IOI's in my tours, club, restaurants. I got lay with 2 decent looking white girls without effort, I enjoyed dancing and entered to circles, some foreign guys were open to talk with me and getting part in their groups. When I speak Spanish a lot of Peruvians ask me if I am a Brazilian tourist because I have a tanned look (my parents are middle eastern). Therefore I do not fill the "white niche" that Peruvian girls want, nor do I fill the "latino/local guy" niche that the tourist girls want (because I am from Australia and have an Australian accent) so I am stuck in no mans land.

Lets just call "traditional" more like "conservative". I think if you are going to game small towns, screw Peru's! Go do the ones in Colombia. I got a sense that small towns in Colombia will make you get the same high exotic value, but sans the conservative of Peru and Philippines as I have said before about Philippines and is same or even worse for Peru. Conservative women dont put out so I hate conservative areas. My game is low so conservative women make me end up short on game skills in places that women should be easy like Philippines. I think this is why I actually heard better things about Colombia.

Hiring people who speak good English in South America, costs money. You have to pay them quite well, because there are few of them. It happened to all of us: arriving at a foreign place in another continent, and first hating many aspects of said place. But then if you persevere, and create a social circle, after usually say one month you start reaping rewards.
That is why I myself discourage holidaying under one month-time... for staying under one-month anywhere, how can you get non-pro pussy? Either by money-consuming and liver-damaging night game, or resorting to low-to-medium-quality carousel-chicks pipeline internet game... or you just get lucky during day-game - it happens-, but anyway, the longer you stay the better pussy you'll get...

I was in Cuzco with my family for maybe 5 days a few years ago, but I managed to sneak off enough to get a taste for it. I mostly went out in the touristy areas but 'I thought it was pretty lame girls wise. There were a few decent girls at the clubs and lots of backpacker type dudes. I had better luck with daygame where I met some girls, mostly Limenas, who were cute for Cuzco but not cute enough to bother fucking when I got back to Lima.

My Spanish lessons are private (I got a good deal. I am paying around 6.5 USD per hour for private Spanish lessons).

One thing which you will see lot of in Cusco is women that are twenty something and still have very strict parents, and thus have curfews (for virtually every day except some special occasions). The curfews can in some cases be as early as 8.00 p.m., although 9.00 p.m. or 10 p.m. is more common. Given that many girls finish work or university late and live far from the city centre this means many times if you go on a date it will be no more than 2 hours long, sometimes less. This is a major logistical hurdle to fucking girls as they are generally pretty serious about obeying the curfew. Also girls tend to be very conservative about letting you escalate/touching.

There is one disco(I don't remember the name)It is in the beginning of Sol Avenue, Almost in front of tourist office, I saw 90% of peruvians and 10% foreigners, there are mostly young cusqueños, It is one of the few places where i didn't see Bricheras, just normal girls in big groups, Expect a lot of rejection, Full of 5 and 6's(maybe 7's for a foreigner).It plays full of latin music.
2. Inka Team: Full of locals and latin guys, Ratios are the worst, dance floor super small(you can't dance properly), latin music, just the one good thing is that The few white girls who go there, looking for their latin cock.
3. Mama Africa: In front of Catedral de Cusco, mostly Electro and european music, it is crowded, Full of bricheras, Backpackers, 2 hours of salsa and bachata from 930 pm to 1130 pm, good time for dark guys to pick up some white chicks. It was my favorite place.
4. El templo: Near to Platero Avenue, But I found Tons of israrelis, armenians and australians, similar to Mama Africa.
5. Pisco Bar: In front of El Marriot hotel, one block to the Plaza de Armas, The people is between late twenties to forties, if you are into Bar game, you can find group of ladies, open to talk and be gamed. I don't know rembee the schedule, but it closed just 10 pm
6. Mithology: Next to Inka Team, almos the same environment, When i was there, i felt it was the same of His neighborg.

Drix, I am 27 years old, I am about 178 cm tall and of average appearance (I would rate my appearance between 5 and 6 depending on the preference of the girl).
