OK Gentlemen...I'm turning here looking for some advice.
I'm getting out of the military, with my last paycheck coming in at the first of next month. I've been looking for jobs for the past six months, and I've received the following offers:
Needless to say I'm not thrilled at anything. I've had a number of people comment on my resume saying that they're surprised at the results, but without the "5 years of industry experience" that every online job posting wants and no "network" because almost the entirety of my network consists of current and former military.
What do you all suggest? I am posting the text of the resume below with identifying information removed. It's potentially personally identifying but you'd have to already know me to be able to:

Denver University, Masters in Finance class of 2016.
•Relevant Coursework: Managerial Accounting
North Georgia College and State University, awarded B.S. 2010. Studied political and computer science.
•Relevant Coursework: statistics, data structures and analysis, database principles, legal research.

Facilities Manager ***** - Present
•Closed facilities to support a branch closure. Brought 5 office buildings and 1 vehicle storage and maintenance facility in line with federal, state and local environmental and facility standards while managing stakeholders and controlling costs.

•Saved the organization over $400,000 in supply costs. Established a parts warehouse from scratch, with the assistance of two direct reports. Created systems of storage and inventory tracking.

•Published operations directives and unit calendars, assigned tasks to subordinate units, and determined timelines for required tasks
Military Advisor/Operations Consultant April **** – January ****
•Selected to serve under a Special Forces mission commander on a 6-man advisor/mentor team.
•Managed financial requirement forecasting, procurement, construction contracts
•Responsible for analysis of regional intelligence resources and assessing impact on team operations.
•Led join missions with the Afghan National Police Force.

Coordinator
•Ran a charity campaign for a unit of 500 soldiers, leading outreach efforts and managing donations with the result of exceeding our fundraising goals by 20%

•Earned Certified Toastmaster award. Voted in as the club’s Sergeant at Arms.
•Working on project to pair nonprofit organizations with free speakers from Toastmasters.

- Telephone customer support for 38k/yr, back office for firm that specializes in daytrader platforms.
