we have heard of all male privilege but what about female privilege? the video below has one of the main ones that nobody really mentions, but there are others such as being able to leave the house with no money and still end up drunk and get a ride back home

Male privilege and female privilege are like yin and yang. It's because people think there is (white) male privilege that they support female privilege and enable women to be privileged and worshiped. When you hear someone mention ''male privilege'', assume it's euphemism for cherishing female privilege. Examples of female privilege:

Conviction rates and years of sentence of men and women for the same crime.
Rape hysteria. False rape allegations. Women pedophiles not being convicted.
Job quotas (this is getting out of control in Europe with female job quotas up to 40% in company boards)
Female only scholarships and university quotas.
Divorce laws. Ridiculous divorce terms, alimonies in Anglo-saxon law (Anglosphere countries)
The fact that there is feminism pushing all sorts of deleterious agenda, and not menimism or equalism.
The burden of proof shifting when it comes to gender discrimination (this is actually in EU's regulations and treaties link)

The idea of social privilege that you associate with SJWs is a part of Critical Theory, from which the phrases "male privilege" spring. Similar, Critical Race Theory posits "white privilege", which is why you probably instinctively recoil at the idea of "X group privilege".

But it is undoubtedly true that different social groups have different privileges in different social systems. Look at the caste system in India, for instance.

In the past when women couldn't vote, divorce, or own property, it wouldn't be very unusual to agree that men had legal and social privilege over women.

Under our current social system, one could easily make the argument that women are now more legally and socially privileged than men. For instance women systematically receive lighter legal sentences for the same crimes as men.

But regardless of your opinion on who is more privileged, men or women, certain groups definitely have privileges that other groups do not in any social system.

It should be obvious that the legally defined privileges a diplomat enjoys are very different from the wishy-washy, amorphous sociological blob of nothingness feminists and their ilk refer to when they use the word. In this context, it is very much an SJW concept, as are the ridiculous rules that go along with it (like privilege being invisible to those who have it; I think the diplomat knows most people can't park anywhere like he can).

Trying to quantify sociological "privilege" is fundamentally stupid. Aside from the fact that, in a free society, any individual should be able to treat different groups of people as differently as they choose, nearly every so-called "privilege" is entirely situational, and impossible to weigh against other "privileges". I don't think a working class white man would enjoy too much of that "cis white male privilege" if they lived in a poor black neighbourhood for any length of time. And who's more oppressed, a gay jew or a straight muslim? What about a middle class white man with unpopular political views?

Undoubtedly true, and yet seemingly impossible to distinguish from different groups actually behaving differently, and being treated accordingly. I just don't see how this language is useful for anything other than power grabbing and the victimhood olympics. What does it describe that I can objectively verify to be true? Something tells me not very much, as human interactions are clearly more complex and nuanced than any sociology major is equipped to describe.

The reason I think that female privilege has legs is because so much of what SJWs do is pure projection.

Feminists with cushy lives accusing others of being privileged is in almost every casr the height of hipocrisy, as they get more accomodation than nearly any group in our society.

It is not that the idea of certain groups being privileged seems wrong to me, but that the group complaining about it most is the most privileged.

there is no doubt to me that some groups are privileged in certain settings, often times people who disagree are those who benefit from said privileges. so females will completely disagree with every example we post and vice versa. i do think "poosy pass" sounds better though haha
