Bumble! tinder but the girls message first

I had this ugly snarky feminist I somehow managed to match with on bumble. Her opener was a "yo". I was drunk and decided to let her have it. I said men get so much crap for not being creative with openers to women on these sites and the best opener you can come up with is a "yo". Well she wasn't happy about that and started going off on some feminist rant about how she doesn't care about what guys think and she doesn't need a guy. So I ended it with hey grow your hair out, guys find it more attractive lol.

Since my Tinder results recently have been abysmal I decided to get back onto Bumble yesterday. I've been on and off a few times now and where I am in OC California, the quality is spectacular. It every bit rivals what Tinder was in the golden era of a few years ago. But there's a downside to this....

I've been getting matches from women who are 8's at minimum. Now I'm a confident guy and I think I have a good idea of my SMV but the amount of interest from that level is making me suspicious, especially since very few have engaged me in a message.

1. They're dummy profiles, seeded by Bumble to give guys false hope they're attractive and it keeps them using the app.

OR and this is what I really suspect...

2. The women on Bumble are using the old Tinder guy trick of swiping right on EVERY guy they get. This serves them by providing all the validation they could ever want without the annoying hassle of having to actually TALK to any of these guys since they of course have to message first. Furthermore, they don't have to be bothered with actually un matching the 99.9% of the men who don't make their cut as they will be conveniently dispensed of after 24 hours. [Image: dodgy.gif]

With that being said the only tag line on my bio is: "Looking forward to us matching and then never hearing from you [Image: lol.gif]"

So far that line has gotten a few women to actually hit me up complimenting me on how "funny" I am...

In my continuing saga with Bumble I seem to have discovered a reply that's getting decent results after a match sends their opener. Most of their openers are incredibly boring and generic of the "Hi" or "How's your week going?" type. Regardless of what they say in the opener I will reply with:

"(Name)! What took you so long? [Image: lol.gif]"

I always include the laughing emoticon to convey that I'm just giving them shit. Using this line seems to quickly polarize which ones are the no humor andor boring cunts and which ones are fun and can play along.

Girls on Bumble: "hi, how r u"

Well, gentlemen, this is what the red pill is about. Doesn't make sense to get upset over it.

It would be pretty funny to create a tumblr of girls conversational openers in Bumble however.

I suspect this is it because of women's insatiable craving for entertainment. Women killing time are probably swiping right on pictures like yours then not bothering to follow up on it since it provided them enough validation to get through the moment.

I think Suits explained it on pg. 4 of this thread.
The women are messaging 1 guy and ignoring 99 others they matched with.

But yes, attention/validation is a part of it.

I've got something silly as my tag line, and it breaks the ice and opens up a convo

This app is ridiculous. I used fake gps app a few months ago when bored to pipeline in nyc. I had dozens of hot 8s and a few 9s matching with me and opening me. I even looked for an article on the top 10 nyc clubs with models so I could position my gps at these clubs at the peak hours. I quit because I was fooling myself knowing that I wasn't going to nyc any time soon because of costs. These girls were proposing drinks to meet up. That never happens in DC.

I'm sitting here in DC and girls within 10 miles are doing the same "hi" or "how's your week going?" I pulled up the old fake gps again out of boredom tonight and woke up to pull 31 straight matches from 7s and 8s again from nyc. I unfortunately hate math. I wish there was an easy transition from this political hooplah career to finance to be able to live in this magical place full of hot tail. I am stuck.

I tried bumble a bit after seeing the comments in the tinder thread. I dont have a single connection yet, I'm not an ugly dude. I am in the Southeast. The girls are hot but none of them are biting, there aren't many of them, maybe 20 a day.

I've had a lot of success on other dating sites/apps, but never a single meetup from this one. The typical outcome of a lengthy swiping session is one match, either from a 6 who never messages me, or a 4-5 I regret liking who opens with "hey whats up?".

I seriously doubt that the majority of the hotties on this thing are authentic profiles of girls genuinely looking to meet someone. I thought it seemed too good to be true when I first started, that a dating app can attract a crowd that's collectively much hotter than the general population, and it looks like I was right.

This is actually pretty simple and golden. With a minor change... stolen!

How do you do the fake gps??

There is almost no one of Bumble in my area, but I took Slothpieces idea and gps spoofed myself to Manhattan. (I'm in Florida). Keep in mind I have one pic posted and my About Me, Education, and Occupation sections are blank.

I kept it going for 8-10 hours and swiped right on I would guess 300 profiles. I did not swipe right on all profiles; only on ones that appeared to quick glance to possible be bangable. My age range set was 30-47.

By the next morning I had 166 matches. 87 of them had messaged me.

The most common female openers:

"Hi"

"Hi, how are you?"

Hi (or Hey) XY, how's it going?

Do you live in NY?

How's your week going?

So, yes, as we know, women are terrible at approaching. Some of the less attractive ones did get more creative only because they know they have to.

My matches included multiples of the following: physicians, lawyers, fashion house girls, brand managers, corp execs, finance types, designers, teachers, nurses, writers, college professors and administrators, business owners and scientists. All accomplished, career driven women who now have little hope of finding a man to commit to them, or at least not a man they are truly attracted to.

This realization made me a bit sad for a few hours, until I considered that these women's situations were the result of their own deliberate choices they had lived out daily for years or decades; they had lived the life they wanted. Then I was like:

By the way, I'm jealous of you NYC guys; you must be falling ass backwards into pussy constantly.

Just got on it. The overwhelming takeaway, women don't know how to open lol. I will confess, I did enjoy one message though [If only because I got to think about fucking J-Lo]: "Nicole Kidman, J-Lo, Kim Kardashian. Fuck, Marry, Kill, Go!"

Looks like in my city I swiped through all of the hot girls in 2 weeks. Now all that's left is land whales. I'm not talking girls with cute faces and myspace angles hiding their bodies. It's like bumble took all the shrimp and little fish or whatever the fuck whales in the ocean eat, dumped it in the middle of where I live, and said "All you can eat if you sign up for Bumble!" Jesus fuck. At least on tinder the girls are average for the most part.

I'm convinced there are a lot of fake profiles on this shit with the all the hot girls. I get far better results on Tinder. I still don't know what the fuck is the point of this app.

Has someone actually managed to consistently bang from this thing?

Yeh I get matched and maybe 60% Judy say hi and disappear. Those are for sure bots or girls paid by bumble.

I was getting quite a few bangs last year when it was new but the last half year has been dreadful.

For all the verbage that women blah blah on online dating sites about how they require hand crafted, artesanal opening messages, you'll just about always only get "yo" or "hi" because that would immediately signify she had more than passing interest, which would swing the balance of power in your favor rather than hers. And the person who "wins" a relationship is the one who cares the least.

Also, crafting good opening messages would imply that she has to work on improving her writing skills to get good men interested in her, rather than just being so intrinsically awesome that the quality dick just falls into her lap because she's really hot and exists. "A woman's body is her (natural) fate." The narcissistic supply is only supposed to flow one way, remember.

Of course she's pissed off at you. You were supposed to fall all over the opportunity to hit it, but instead you were indifferent and like "lol." Now she doesn't feel special. Ego injury, the worst kind for these girls. When she says "I don't care what guys think" what she means is "My entire sense of self-worth revolves around what guys think."

I've banged a few girls from online dating who actually sent me messages that looked like they put effort into them and they seemed as if they mostly had their heads screwed on right. "Hi" and "Yo" opener girls are loser females.
