You should write a book about tracking down and dismembering the guy.

Or a nice article on how you sued this guy.

Fisto, no need to be mad bro. I have Skype disabled.

But you have my #. If not, email me.

We will ruin this mother fucker.

DMCA his ass.

Sue him for copyright infringement.

If he used your stories word-for-word, he's done.

I doubt a guy stealing ideas to peddle a $2.99 ebook has any monetary value. This is why this type of justice is best dealt with a fist.

^ Or.....

File a lawsuit.

He can't afford to defend it.

Get a default judgment.

This judgment is good for 10 years and can be renewed perpetually.

Well certainly I think I can argue that his poorly written book about my ("his")life would be more successful if I had written it.

Side note, I think I coined "death scooters" but I'm not sure....

There any many, many frauds in the pick up business.

A lot of the material I see is stolen, repackaged, and recycled.

The guy from Art of Charm even admits that he steals material!

There are many people who lurk in this forum and steal content.

This guy deserves an ass whooping!

What bothers me is that you, yourself, can create these experiences.

Many of us could write a travel manifesto based on the unique, wild, and intoxicating experiences we've had around the world. To steal someone else's life is shameful. I hope that person seeks the necessary mental help that is clearly needed.

Or this could be a brilliant marketing scheme masterminded by Fisto

- Make shit book

- Says it's stolen (hype)

-curious RVFers and other haters buy fake book to see or try to figure out who wrote it

- Fisto makes new "real" book

- Everyone buys it

- Fisto makes $100,000 in one month

Sounds like you have two options Fisto:

1. File a lawsuit. Use a lawyer to do your dirty work. Play the victim card and feel raped, and stop writing cause you don't know when someone will violate you again online. Go sit pee.

2. We jump in my truck, grab some road beers and go on a trip to Utah, gaming girls along the way, Emech Mad Max style. Track down this thief and beat the everliving cocksuckery outta him.

Whoever this is should come clean and apologize, can you imagine how much worse it would be to be taken to court over this?

First of all, I hope this gets resolved to Fisto's satisfaction.

On a side note, what troubles me about this person's behavior, and people's behavior in general, is how did you possibly think this was ok?

What kind of disconnect goes on inside someone's brain to do this nonsense? To think it is remotely close to acceptable behavior?

^People steal ideas all the time, really, to me it is suprrising this does not happen more. You could make solid travel guides for half the countries in the world with a simple forum search and some editing. It is nice to see that this is, supposedly, the first instance of someone doing that.

Also shows to me that everyone on here may as well be selling a few ebooks on whatever topic you have an interest in.

It seems to be an insincere effort and lacking in integrity. I guess some people sell out for very little.

Sonsowey, this isn't "stealing ideas".

This guy is flat out taking my written experiences word for word and claiming them as his own and trying to profit from them.

There's a big difference between what you're saying happened and what actually did happen.

And while we're on the subject of you being surprised it doesn't happen more, when I looked at the books that were similar section it was shocking for me to see a lot of books that look like they were ripoffs.

One of the noticeable trait of blue pill millennials is an inability to create original works. They can only react. Whilst other generations fantasised of being artists celebrated for their work and talent, Blue Pill Millennials seem to dream of being curators, celebrated for their good taste and coolness.

Copyright only exists to them when it comes to their own creation. Hence: parodies that don't parody; mashups; 8-bit reimaginings; movie re-edits; memes; fanfiction; cosplay; rap's use of sampling for hooks; and the dire state of every creative industry, where they excuse their lack of imagination by claiming everything has already been done, so can only imitate what has come before, to lesser effect.

An artist mate I know had his drawings stolen for band t-shirts, and the band couldn't understand why this was theft.

The Tech Industry greatly profits from widescale theft of creative art, which is why they try to push 'Information longs to be free' as progress, using useful idiots like the Boing Boing wankers to claim copyright ownership as an outdated concept, and that if you fight for your rights, you're a bad person, standing in the way of progress. You can't explain it to them. They're brainwashed.

All the toxic, coke-sniffing cunts who used to be in the record industry? They just transitioned to Silicon Valley.

Here's a recent example. Note the shaming language:

Fisto,

You are right, I didnt phrase that correctly. Stealing ideas is different from straight up copying and pasting and stealing your stories. I hope when your book comes out you do well from it, your stories have always been worth the read.

Napster was rightfully gutted, still scratching my head as to how Parker and Fanning walked away with so much dough. I just watched this the other week, great retrospective of that time period - http://www.vh1.com/video/misc/930849/ris...aded.jhtml

So I gave the member I suspect nearly 24 hours to respond and he hasn't. Here's what I know:

The person who plagiarized Fisto's book is linked to a Hunter Powers on Amazon, who put out a "How To Kite Surf" book.

The forum actually has a member named Hunter: hun73r (his name is leet-speak for Hunter). I met him this summer in Ukraine. He's a normal American guy who has done internet marketing jobs in the past. He told me he had websites on how to kite surf. This is quite an amazing coincidence, since having a name like Hunter while also kite surfing is not common. He also logged in late last night so would have known about this thread to take the books down.

So I sent him a message saying I suspect it's him and that it's best to come clean, but he did not reply.

The fact that the plagiarized books were taken down is positive, since harm against Fisto has stopped, but I think whatever money was earned on that book should either be donated to charity or directly to Fisto. In the meantime, I will await a response from member hun73r and monitor that account. Since it's impossible to be 100% sure who it was, I do not advise a witch hunt.

Of course it's a publicity stunt, Fisto, MikeCF, Beyond Borders, 20Nation, etc. are all the same person. Puahate figured the whole thing out ages ago.

Does this guy live in Ukraine now?

If so, it could make any potential legal action a littler trickier.

Thanks for that Roosh. I've had pm's with him in the past and he seemed like a cool guy. I hope it isn't him.

Regarding the money I would prefer to have the 21 USD from the gross sales of the book donated to me.

Perhaps I can sell my stories like Kramer.
