This says more about the superiority of grappling as an effective fighting system than anything.

The guy has zero ground skills. Zero takedown defense, zero knowledge of what to do on bottom, shows complete ignorance on what to do when in the triangle.

My guess is this guy showed up to the gym and talked some smack about his standup (which he does show some proficiency in).

If women who are so afraid of being raped would get even a small amount of training they would never have to worry about being raped.

So Fisto, basically, you are saying that a lizard should learn BJJ as opposed to boxing since she can leverage technique to fcuk a male assailant up whereas in a physical fight, 9 out of 10 times she will be weaker and slower than the man?
