At least three women and a man were found that night vomiting and unable to walk at Sandburg Hall, a university residence, reports WISN, a local ABC affiliate. All four needed to be hospitalized. One of the women told police she experienced a "weird feeling" before blacking out, according to the Associated Press.

The three women were each marked with a red X on their hand from the TKE party, according to a search warrant affidavit cited by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. The man had a black X on his hand, but told police he drank from the same cup as a woman with a red X.

Female partygoers were allowed to buy an index card for $8 that provided "all access to the house" and drinks, the paper reported. One of the women told police "you have to be hot" to purchase one of the cards, according to the Journal-Sentinel.

Others who attended the party told university police that cups were moved under the bar to mix the drinks, and that drinks appeared cloudy when served, the Journal-Sentinel reported.

According to Wisconsin news outlet WTMJ, police searched the frat house and confiscated plastic cups, glasses, alcohol, cellphones, laptops, bongs and other drug paraphernalia.

"We are deeply concerned about these allegations because the safety of our students is our number one priority," Luljak said. "Our police are aggressively pursuing this investigation to determine exactly what happened and who may have been involved."

There were reports of three sexual assault at the same fraternity last year, according to the Journal-Sentinel.

How did this coordinated rape go down? Did they call a rape summit the day before and decide to rape women on Friday instead of the traditional Saturday rape-fest? Would they mark the women who should get raped? Would they mark females they drugged at the door with a free drink? What fucking purpose would this alleged "marking system" serve? I partied at frats all throughout undergrad, but apparently I missed all the coordinated raping.

The article only mentions two colors being used for hand marking. I mean, it's not like there would be a system to mark Greek or non-Greek people or people who are 21+ or those who are not. Rape culture isn't rational, so these frats boys can't be either, right?

This article shows just by being a male, hanging out with other men and enjoying what men find sexually desirable in women is enough for a public hanging, no evidence needed. Just by being male, wanting hot women and hanging out in a male-centric environment is enough to brand you a bigot, a rapist and a bad person. A person who doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt, much less due process.

Think hard about that last statement about due process. Hundreds of thousands of American men have fought and died to protect the right to due process under the law. Millions of men have voted, argued back and forth over what should be a person's rights under the law and have lived and died supporting America and this what we are left with: a drowning multiplicity of females and white-knights taking direct aim at those ideals.

That being said, this issue shows that men and what men enjoy is under direct and continued assault. Sports, video games, co-ed parties - all of them are under sustained attack simply because the attackers think being male = power, that assaults on men and male spaces and interests are justified in the name of equality. Therefore, a frat party affords too much power to men and since we live in a rape culture, when men are given the chance, they will rape.

I never understood the idea that fraternities would date rape. In my frat most goes didn't have too much trouble getting laid at our parties/events. Why the hell would we need to risk getting thrown in jail and getting our chapter shut down by drugging some girl and raping her if she'll fuck us anyway?!?!

Also, I've talked to many girls who have claimed to have been drugged and taken advantage of with roofies at frat houses. They always claim it was one of several frats; these were always the top frats. The biggest partiers and the guys who got laid the most. These are the guys who would have the least need to use a date rape drug to get laid with the amount of pussy being thrown at them.

Could it be that these girls just drank a ton and decided to have sex with these guys and then regretted it? But of course we all know that never happens...

This is one to watch. Most roofie accusations turn out to be just alcohol. Chemical testing should reveal the truth here. Seems to me that the vomiting is a telltale sign they probably just drank too much. Ambien for instance, which is one of the more accessible drugs people are worried about, doesn't cause vomiting as far as I know. But I'd like to hear from one of our medical people on that.

I am an alumni of a large social fraternity from a southern school so let me tell you of a couple of problems I had:

Girls use to come over to our parties and get black out drunk. Yes we provided alcohol but these dumb birds lose themselves when alcohol is free. It's always the girls who end up puking all over the place and passing out. Then they wake up the next morning having no idea what happened. Girls seem to believe that there tolerance is higher than a male so they believe there was no way they could have gotten that drunk on just alcohol. Hamster spins and accusations fly
