Good video. I am sort of surprised 300+ people have seen this post (as of my posting) and no one has liked it or commented.

I skimmed through the video and I thought there was gonna be more than just some guy talking, not saying that the video is shit though.

Now this is what I call an inspirational video:

What I like in the OP video is when he talk about things we are aware of we should not do. Still we are doing that all the time. We know what we should do and what we shouldn't.
Yet we often act differently.

Happened to me 30 min ago. Fuck.

Think about it. It happens all time. So easy to tell others what to do but it can be hard to control yourself.

The OP video is spot on. My friends have noticed my body transform over the past two years from average guy to "most in-shape guy I know". To them I am now viewed as a hyper athletic dude that is good at everything. However, I know I am still human and actually quite bad at many physical activities.

They will ask me if I want to work out with them because they want to be like me. I tell them sure and I figure out the logistics. 50% will show up one time, but 50% will back out with some bs excuse hours before. Then only a handful will actually make it to another session instead of dipping out with a bs excuse.

I know real excuses form fake ones, so when I get a fake excuse I refuse to work with someone again because they really don't want to work towards success. They just want success to happen to them. Not many are willing to give up what put them in their current place to begin with.

Since I have been boxing, I find this very applicable to life. I find this very motivating. I have shared it a couple of times, I know. But I like it!

(not saying the other videos posted aren't good)

Giavanni Ruffin's workout video is the most inspirational video I have ever seen. How this guy didn't make it into the NFL is hard to imagine.

I've been knowing Mike a long time. Not really that great of a fighter but I saw him take is diet from nothing and nowhere helping dudes make weight until I ran into a guy the other day in manila wearing one of his tshirts.

Def a success story through hard work.

Yeah I saw some videos where he said he thought he come of as a much better trainer than a fighter.

Is he a widely respected trainer?

Which are other well respected trainers?

Yeah he's respected as a trainer but more so for helping guys make weight through his diet plan.

They will hire him just for that. He will work with their main trainer.

Over 29 million people have seen that video.

But how many of them have actually got up and done something?

I've seen a lot of Eric Thomas, Will Smith, etc. motivation type videos.

The videos are great, but I have stopped watching.

You always know what you need to do, watching videos is still just watching videos, it's not doing anything, and some people get caught up in that part of it, getting information via watching videos.
