At this moment, feminist writers seem mostly preoccupied with sexism in video games, college rape culture and celeb nude leaks.

However, there are genuine social issues feminists could be arguing against, which need attention, like the Rotherham sex scandal and ISIS selling captured minorities as slaves in Syria (or giving them away as brides to fighters). To focus on minor, irrelevant issues is contra-productive to their own cause. If you want to be taken seriously, bring up issues that actually matter. It must be easier to get an invitation to a discussion program to highlight Rotherham's rape culture vs. college rape culture; invasion of rich celeb's privacy rights vs. being sold as a slave?

Some feminist activists must be sincere in their beliefs. I'm drawing a blank here, why do they remain silent now?

Good points bro, I have yet to formulate my thoughts fully on this... but one observation that I have made is this: When the perpetrators / boogeymen are not middle class white males, the feminist parasites turn a blind eye.

I went through a period of trying to understand them, to see where they are coming from. But, essays from the second and third wave read like a child cussing out the father for not buying candy. It is an utterly ridiculous ideology from every single angle, so don't hold its proponents to very high standards.

Feminists are just draining society's resources - that is their goal - take it from you and give it to them. And if it can't go to them, just make sure you don't have it either.

They just need to be angry or they can't muster the energy to get out of bed. Some people just drink coffee for that problem.

Yup, the #BringBackOurGirls stuff. That's how I found out about the Yazidi slave girls. They used the same viral awareness campaign on Twitter. It turns out this hashtag got started by Middle Eastern humanitarian groups on social media. It wasn't a feminist initiative at all, they just joined in the action, like the Ice Bucket Challenge.

I think it's truly baffling that slavery, while its legacy is condemned constantly, can occur without much objections. It must either be indifference to far away lands or fear of radicals, otherwise I'm left with the cynical conclusion they really couldn't care less.

Also, paedophilia is one of UK society's biggest taboos -- except when muslim migrants do it? You can't hear the end of crimes committed by Jimmy Savile or the Catholic Church 20-40 years ago, while this stuff is happening right now.

Feminists consider themselves to be oppressed.

Out of misplaced solidarity they don't want to criticise any other "oppressed" group (hence the silence on issues like Rotherham). So that just leaves straight white men to blame for every perceived injustice.
