Title says it all. Every time I have sex for the 3rd time in a day, I can't cum no matter how long I fuck for. Going raw or getting (good) head doesn't seem to work. The only thing which does is pulling out and jerking myself off with a death grip. Beyond that, you are really within the normal range anyway. When I was younger 3 times raw would be my max except for a very few occasions, and now at 40, 2 is pretty much my max. Question: the first time you do it out of the three times, do you actively try to not cum too quickly?

I usually try to last a reasonably long time in the first round to make it good for the girl (<-- is that beta?), but I find this exacerbates the problem considerably by the time I get to round 3, by which point I sometimes need to really try to mentally get myself highly aroused (sometimes having to think of other girls/fantasies, focus on the motion/slow down etc). And often the amount of effort involved makes the sex un-enjoyable, and I'd rather just not have it the 3rd time. I always wear a rubber these days so that probably doesn't help either.

Also, since I anticipate the problem beforehand, the anxiety associated with that probably makes it worse still, and it sometimes makes me not want to have sex the 3rd time because of that. Even the 2nd round can be problematic already, where I have to put some effort in to come. It could be a pure placebo effect but Ive been taking zinc between sessions and have noticed an increase in performance and in particular the ability to cum.
