Don't judge by looks alone. Looks matter very little in long-term relationship. A girl being compatible with you, that both of you aren't trying to change each others, worth thousand times more than any looks. A happy life with 5 is better than unhappy life with 10.

And don't give shit what your friends, parents, whoever say about your girl. It is you who gonna live with her, not them.

In general having kids is selfish if it's on purpose and extremely irresponsible if it's on accident. The world population is out of control, not that first world citizens are to blame. Either way earth's true carrying capacity is not far off and I'm extremely curious what will come of it. Obviously some kind of mass extinction, but will it be nuclear war or an STD-like plague? I'm guessing some sort of airborne disease, hopefully I'll be alive when it happens.
