Jack Reacher? Uhh... glad I didn't watch it then in cinema. But I'll wait for torrent, like for the Rogue One. But I consider reading books about him.

I think GoT still works. Powerful female characters in it are realistic like the queens in real history, except retarded Sand Snakes and Dany who is totally invincible.

The thing that makes characters like Cersi work is the ruthlessness that she has. Not to mention that unlike shieldmaidens, that fight at the front lines, Cersi played the people around her. Manipulation and two-facedness were her weapons. She had the men who trusted her do her dirty work so she wouldn't get any blood on her hands. That's much more(but still not very) likely for a women in her position IMO.

Exactly, she is perfectly "legit" powerful female figure. I have to confess, Daenerys is also. She has powerful beings (dragons) and armies and is uniquely impervious to fire, that made those who watched her rise from the ashes regard her as super human. Completely different amass of power, unlike Cersei. Although she doesn't ever break a sweat and seems to have something of a mad blood which stems from her father. Lunacy is prevalent in late Targaryens.

The propaganda is fucking amazing and getting worse there.

The show is only watchable via fast-forward now despite the masculine white warriors shown.

The recent episode overdid it.

Not only is that stupid shieldmaiden bitch shown as a regal queen who killed the mother of Ragnar's sons - all the sons who would later become legends of the Vikings. Yeah right - and they depict her honor guard as super-masculine-looking female warriors. And they make her a lesbian as well.

So we have:

Feminism - super check
Gay propaganda - super check
and now
Islam pushing - super check

Somehow they changed the history and made the Vikings hit on Muslims instead of the Italian shore that Biorn Ironside really reached. And then they obviously picked one of those 5 dozen cases where the Whites or Christians actually attacked "peaceful" Muslims. In the end they are so impressed with their strongest men praying in the mosque (instead of defending their people) that they let them live.

In reality there are numerous accounts of Viking men being kidnapped and enslaved by Muslims over the history - some of them made it back and that is why we know about it. The reverse - of Muslims being kidnapped and sold as slaves up north - well that really almost never happened, but hey - history is what the globalists make it and not what it truly was.

I saw crap like thatalready in another show that villified Vikings and put a strange spin on Christians. I saw some 2 episodes of a TV series called The last Kingdom. It plays after the time of Ragnar in that time the Vikings have occupied most of England except one kingdom. Not only are the Vikings shown as stupendously brutal there (which was not entirely true - Vikings mostly lived on agriculture and trade and only did various plunder missions as a side dish - you cannot build a culture constantly raiding folk or you are left with no men) - but there was an odd little feel to it that I could not put my finger at first.

Then I saw why it felt odd how the main heroes behaved - in one scene in a church a priest was about to be executed by some Vikings via arrows. He stood up and started muttered "GOD IS GREAT, GOD IS GREAT" ALL OVER! I really could not believe that crap. This is an utterly un-Christian saying - no priest would say that and no Christian ever uses that phrase.
But there is one religion which uses ALLAHU AKBAR - GOD IS GREAT OR GOD IS GREATER - all the time! So the fucking fuckers actually switched it up and the TV series is some sort of fusion of Christianity/Islam fighting against the evil white blonde polytheists. That is why the show felt odd when displaying the men of the Last Kingdom.

I could not believe the degree of duplicity the makers of the show went to.

The propaganda does not hit you only from the politicians, it hits you from academia, rewriting history, it hits you from the media - print & TV - and it hits you from entertainment. They usually add only 2-5 agenda points in a show. Sometimes they overdo it and thus ruin the show.

For me it is often a morbid curiosity to see the propaganda points displayed. They are getting ever more blatant now. And that is why people often stop watching shows, but I think that they are winning anyway because even masculine Red Pill men are often unaware of those things and think that it is just a swell movie and nothing to it. Yeah - I understand that they enjoy the scenery and the making, but seriously how much crap can you swallow and don't they realize that the less mentally gifted and younger men and women will be far more influenced by this?

That is why the globalists will win. Something will end their reign one day, but it won't be a rebellion from the bottom.

It was Floki who was so impressed by the people praying while the Vikings raided their city. This was of course bullshit as well. Muslim men don't spend their time praying while their women die - they fight and that is why they conquered so much of the world. Pure propaganda!

Floki was not impressed by the Christian monks who they raided in the previous seasons. He did not mind killing Christian peaceful monks, but Muslim citizens - nah - we cannot touch them.

Arrgg! Reading that makes me think I will be abandoning this series when the next season comes to Amazon Prime.

I wish there was a 'Red Pill' history channel that tried to be accurate with its dramatizations, instead of polluting the with SJW faggotry.

I can't understand why FLOKI, OF ALL PEOPLE, would be so impressed and respectful of Muslims. It was really jarring and destroyed the believability.

For fuck's sake, this is Floki! The guy who wanted to slaughter all Christians because they prayed to false Gods! The guy who for 4 seasons tried to kill Athlastan. The guy constantly chastised and petitioned Ragnar to forsake the foreign Christian beliefs. The guy who constantly appealed to and reminded his people about the Norse Gods.

This same guy is now somehow in awe from seeing praying Muslims? The old Floki would laugh in glee at such a meak and easy target.

I will keep watching, but agree with the above the last episode was not good. If Floki becomes a muslim I am 100% done. That makes no sense and is totally contrary to his character.

The character of Ivar is showing potential - and we know from history he will conquer much of England.

I sometimes wonder how far they're going to take this show. Michael Hurst has said he intends to end it with the vikings discovering North America. I have to wonder if he's planning on this being a 3-act show, with Ragnar being Act 1, his sons being Act 2 (establishing the Danelaw in England) and Bjorn raiding Italy, and Act 3 as Alfred vs. Guthrum (who was introduced as Bjorn's wife's kid that she had with King Horik's son). He and the rest of the writers are playing the long game, and there's going to be at least 2 more time jumps in this series.

I just got back from D.C. a couple days ago so I just got around to watching the latest episode. Initial thoughts are good, I like how Ivar is coming to the front of the show, the speech he gave Lagatha was beautiful, I am amazed I didn't clap at the computer screen. I am curious as to if he will be finding a better way of moving around though, as if he was a great warrior, I am curious how he will be able to dodge any strikes if both of his arms are supporting and moving him. So I will be watching the show just to see that, if not for anything else.

Floki... They should of killed him off a long time ago. Ragnar should of let him die in the cave IMO, he is nothing but cringe in these last episodes. Only reason why I though they kept him alive was to become the seer. Sad!

The Muslim thing wouldn't make sense either... The vikings would kill him like they did Athelstan(oh the irony would be wonderful).

Appearance of Odin was cool. On the other hand, I changed my opinion regarding Vikings. After ending of this season, this is it for me. Scenes with Islam were to ridiculous and suspicious (what Zel said). Lagertha is dying 100% in last episode.

Ragnars death episode was one of the best episodes of Vikings. I also really liked the raid on Paris.

Last episode was a bit cringeworthy, with Floki so amazed at muzzies praying and dumb bitch Helga kidnapping a muslim child.
I do not think Floki will turn to Islam. The series is supposed to also explore spirituality and I think that will happen. There was a strange scene with Floki and a Seer in S04(i think), and I think Floki will become one.
It was saved by Ivar (his 2 brothers in Kattegat behave like little bitches), the Harem scene, and Odin. I was unsure who the guy was, but the ravens and the one-eyed man gave it away quickly.

PS: Is it me or during the first 3 seasons they never mentioned the word vikings and starting season 4, they started to use it?

This confused the shit out of me too. Unless I'm missing some larger part of the picture it seemed like the writers were injecting their own personal biased spin. Shame on History Channel.
