My line of thought was that from the beginning, it was going to go one of two ways:

1) She's only got one arm which means more people are put off of her, and she's sex starved, so will be willing to drop her underwear sooner than most

2) She's insecure about only having one arm and it's going to take a bit more comfort than usual to get past her more fragile state of mind, in the sense that she's wary of what a pump and dump will do to her.

Sounds like she wants a bit more reassurance that he's actually into her, that's all.

I don't have experience with American girls, so you're probably right, but that's my take on things.

That's the way to play this one. Sometimes when a chick thinks you're sweating her, she'll act flaky, thinking you'll keep trying to see her. If you disengage and go silent, sometimes the hamster goes nuts and they'll contact you. It almost hurts their pride that you stopped chasing. I find this happens with online chicks too.
