Phenibut arrived today; took about 1 gram of it didnt do much, about 6 hours later now i have a headache and feel like I want to throw up. I guess it had some effect not sure if it was good or not. will try again in a couple of days.

Try following the Good Looking Loser's instructions to a 'T'..(ie .Empty stomach...wait 45 minutes, etc.....) If you still get nothing, or if it just gives you headaches, then it might not work for you...

Based on my personal experience and research I've done, I believe it can be safely experimented with...AND not lead to abuse, addiction/dependence. I'm not pushing an agenda here. If my experience changes, and I get addicted or experience other complications .. I will post it, I promise.

I started this thread as a way to open discussion about something that can give their game a boost...possibly take it to another level. Is that stupid? That's what this board is about.

Since you had a negative experience with it, I think its important that others can hear about it and be informed of its pitfalls. But I think your use (high doses everyday) vs mine (2-3x a month) is like comparing apples and oranges.

This thread epitomizes how some people have addictive personalities and difficulty controlling their drug use while others do not. The two will rarely understand one another because, although they are both talking about the exact same thing, it's from a totally different perspective. It's like discussing murder with a sociopath. Both parties think the other's point of view is absurd.

There is a huge difference between drug experimentation, informed & casual drug use, drug abuse, and drug dependence. It's unlikely that a drug abuser who becomes drug dependent will ever be able to understand a person's ability to casually use drugs with no adverse life events and to never abuse drugs. In the same respect, a casual drug user who just dabbles in the occasional drug scenario may find it difficult to believe that some people become addicts the very first time they experiment.

Ehhhhhh, nothing to write home about. I didn't exactly have a clear and cogent line of attack planned and the girls I was going to see tonight flamed out. So it was kind of a wasted trip.

Either 1750 or 2250mg - forgot whether I took the last 500mg. Did end up Facebooking with a short-haired, tattooed girl that I wasn't super (don't like short hair and tattoos) into but she liked Cradle of Filth so she's at least probably cool people. She did warn me up front 'yo I'm taken' and I fired back with 'I'm not even thinking about dating right now, I'm leaving the country in two weeks' and she got nice and chatty afterward. She came back to where I was standing a few times after that.

POINT OF ORDER: Does phenibut literally impair your ability to metabolize alcohol? I had 200ml plus 3 shots (equivalent 7-8 shots.. yes, probably too many) starting at 9PM. At 2:30AM I blew a .14BAC on my portable breathalyzer and wisely decided to throw my keys in the trunk and take a nap. I did the math and by that point I should have been a .09ish.

I woke up today at noon (drove home at 5:30), and am generally jittery today - not nervous but physically jittery.

This stuff might be some serious kamikaze shit. Might have to try it without actually drinking.

I tried the Permaforce pills last night. First I took about 500mg. Couldn't really detect much difference in how I interacted with girls. I must state though, that I don't have any anxiety approaching and talking to girls, I don't need to drink to do this. This is fairly easy for me and I do it all the time. So it's difficult for me personally to know if something like this is helping or not.

I then decided to take another 1500mg and again I didn't feel much. I was even drinking a little bit. I got home and after awhile started to feel sleepy. NOW, this is where this drug did kick in. It knocked me out completely. I slept like a rock. I could barely wake up in the morning. The whole of today, I was sleepy and had a bit of an upset stomach and some cold chills.

So yes, IF you take too much of it, it will put you to sleep and there will be some after effects the next day. This much I can confirm at least with me. I will test it some more to see if it does help in a social situation but I will keep the dosage at 500mg.

Second time use

At 11am on an empty stomach took 1.5 grams. Waited 45 minutes and ate something. 2 hours after the initial dose, I took .5 grams more. I took it with some coffee. I went out an did some day . During the day, the effect was very subtle. I didn't feel high, but I could tell it was working with the way I handled my interactions. I had pretty much zero approach anxiety.

Around 6pm, I took the final dose of 1 gram. I still didn't notice much of a high. But when I finally left the house to go out...around 9pm, I could definitely feel it...strongly. I felt a little loopy. My motor skills seemed a little off as well. I was a little worried that my approaches would suck.. But after drinking a few Red Bulls, my focus came back and I felt great.

On the first approach of the night, I was actually a little nervous, but it wasn't bad at all. I warmed up pretty quick and had no problem going out alone.

I drank a total of four beers. It seemed ok. I didn't really feel drunk at all.

But I'll say it kept me strong in the face of sheer bitchiness.

I had some trouble going to sleep due to all the Red Bulls I was drinking..but even so, the next day, I woke up refreshed and feeling great. Now it is Monday, and I do feel like I have a bit of "brain fog", but not really too bad.


My plan is to take it again next Saturday for a party. I will then shelve it for at least a couple weeks...maybe three

Did you take any caffeine? For me, it seems to enhance the effect and sharpen my focus.

Also, it sounds like you took the 1.5 gr while you were stay out. You have to remember that Phenibut takes awhile to kick in...and it stays in your system for a LONG time.

Consider the "Good Looking Losers" recommended dosage:

Morning: 1~1.5 grams on empty stomach. Wait 45 minutes. Eat something.

2 hours after first dose, assess how you feel. Consider taking .5 gr more.

5~6 hours after first dose, consider taking 1 gram more. Depending on your plans for the night.

I haven't tried this myself but I think that people do expect too much from it. If you're not a social easy talking guy by nature then taking a drug won't give you super powers.

It's like reading about Inner game and being all like " Fuck yeah, from now on I'm talking to every hot chick I see and just don't give a damn" and then freezing up in a bar with the first hot chick you see.

It takes time and struggling to get better at game. You will have fall backs to inverted behavior all the time and just have to deal with it. Keep struggling and one day it will be better. Expect no over night transformations.

Two days later, this drug is still affecting me. I am still groggy. Obviously, taking 1.5g was way too much for me. Be careful, taking too much of this drug, it can affect you for days.

I got it today still too...brain fog... I compare it as being similar to the fogginess I feel the day after a bad hangover.. (Say the following Monday after a Saturday bender)

On it I could see myself banging women I didn't even view in a sexual manner before. This heighten sexual state does two things: one, it motivates you to approach more because more girls appear bangable, two it conveys a sexual state to the girls - and this is the critical part. It's very difficult to fake sexual desire and when a girl can sense you are sexually attracted to her she almost can't help but respond. So, yes, in this way it can help you get laid.

The side effects are headache, stomach upset, and it can put you sleep if the dosage is high enough. The higher the dosage the greater the side effects. At 500mg I already have a slight headache and upset stomach. I would recommend starting out at 250mg. Pay close attention to how you interact with just average girls. You will find that they are more attentive and that you are getting more of a sexual vibe from them. Interesting drug...will continue to test it at the 250mg level...

Yes, I agree. . This is what happened the first time I used it. I was being over the-top sexual, escalated quickly with tons of kino and deep eye contact (fuck me eyes). It seemed to work really, really well.

As for sex itself, I banged a girl the day after...I noticed it had kind of a numbing effect on my dick and made me last longe (others have reported this as well). It was pretty great the first round, but we went multiple rounds, and by the third time, it took a lot of work to get off....

This is also true. It's much more difficult to have an orgasm when you are on it and it's not as powerful - like you are struggling to make it happen. My main problem with it is that I feel a little nausea all the time. Even one day after I still have this feeling.
