I've read up a bunch on Phenibut as a result of this thread and I placed an order last week for a 100g supply. I can see how it does increase your willingness to be talkative, although I am naturally outgoing so I don't really have a problem with this anyway. In terms of how it actually makes you feel, I had rushes of what I would describe as a light ecstasy feeling from about 2 hours after ingesting to about 10-12 hours after ingesting.
I dosed 1.5 grams, waited 2 hours, dosed .5 grams, waited 3 hours and then dosed 1 gram more. All in all, I would recommend Phenibut to anyone who suffers from mild anxiety or who has a problem speaking with strangers or in front of a crowd. I don't have any of these problems but I am interested in certain mind-altering substances, to an extent. For legal highs, Kratom in my opinion is much better but that could be due to the fact that I prefer the downer feeling to uppers.
I would give Phenibut 3 out of 5, because you get all the benefits of uppers, increased sociability + increased sex drive, more energy, etc. with none of the downsides like horrendous come-downs, inability to sleep, clenched jaws, limp dick, etc. I fell right asleep and had a super, really great night of sleep both times I took Phenibut, and these were both in the past 4 days. The turn around was quick too, I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and the box was on my back porch on Friday afternoon with a $20 off coupon for a next order.

And I learned that Phenibut was developed by the Soviet space program to help their cosmonauts combat anxiety upon re-entry into Earth's atmosphere. The drug is worth a try, even by Communist standards.
