While I remember a member on the forum cited Roosh saying that American game (or Anglosphere game for that matter) should be your default game, a lot of guys on this forum seem to loath English-speaking countries.
For a novice, starting to game in "easy" countries you may gain little experience against attitude/cockblock/tough approaches. The foundation of the game may not be as strong because of the lack of challenge and experience.
On the other hand, it seems counterintuitive to game in places where all players avoid for the sake of practising game. In the end, we all want to skip the tough work and get laid. It may be too mentally demanding for the novice to find initial success.
Surely, hard work is still required for initial sucess no matter where you're in. The process of developing game will mostly be the same. Your game will change as you gain experience in different countries and it doesn't really matter over time.
But, the question is whether you should go for a challenge that gives you a good foundation, or should you go to places that are not as tough to gain easier initial success in the early run. Does it matter at all?
What is your take?
