I suggest that you read more about the laws involved on both sides before you try to game the system. Dual citizenship is permitted by US law, but renouncing your US citizenship to a foreign power is considered tantamount to renouncing it at home AFAIK.
What do you stand to gain this way? Everything you have said so far can be done without SK citizenship. It sounds like a bit of a pointless scheme.
