I think the weight rebound danger for former fatties is kind of overblown. I dated a girl who was chubby in her teens, and she stayed trim through our entire relationship. After we broke up, she started dating a beta and steadily gained weight. I think she's +25lb now.

Women will only act out if men let them get away with it.

I think that is great, but she doesn't look great at her current weight. So she seems like she might have been 300 lbs overweight. (Maybe 275).

Just ballparking here. A quick look says a donut is about 195 calories. A lb of fat is around 3500. Call it 18 donuts per pound times 300 = 5400 donuts. One donut a day is almost 15 years. Sort of crazy when putting into other terms to understand what 300lbs is.

QFT and from experience. When I was in shape at 6'3" I didn't need to do much at all to get laid. I was doing well with basic principles like don't suck up don't spend money shit like that.

Now I'm overweight from some bad habits (mostly drinking something like a 12 pack a day) that I've cut out. I'm new to game (well not game but cold-approaching) but have not converted an approach to a lay.

It's gonna take me probably a year to get back in shape. Doing as much as I can to get there. Excercising every day (lift 3 times a week) no alcohol no bullshit food. As of now I don't see myself doing much better than 6s.

The problem is once a fattie loses weight in the US, she already has been pumped up by 1000 orbiters, so when she gets cute, her attitude sky-rockets.

No more are the days of a hot girl not knowing she's hot. It's hyper inflated. And since she was a fattie, she likely has all sorts of fat hens protecting her.

I've known a few who loose a bunch of weight, realize they can get a lot more dick, and they dump their lardo friends to pursue cocks without protection of her jealous fat squad.

Ultimately, most of these girls don't keep the weight off extreme enough to change the homeostasis of their bodies. Thus 1-3 months of slip up from their workouts and diets and POOF, the lard starts stacking back on... a common method for them to lock a guy into a relationship. Cute going in, fat going out after getting dumped.

If you are an athletic guy, and like fit or thin women, your options are like less than 1% of women.

On Tinder I have seen profile photos of women eating pizzas or sandwiches .. why would they put that photo?

The newly emboldened men would start to demand better behavior from their chicks, including getting off the fucking phone, and an overall improvement in their attitude. You want to be flakey? Fuck you, I'll move on to Zoe, who returns my texts in under 20 minutes. Since they can be easily replaced by the next hottie, chicks will quickly start to fall in line.

When we think about it, the current state affairs is only supported because of the massive abundance of resources we have in the West. If only a small scarcity were to befall us, we'd quickly see sequence of events that would result in a drastic improvement in girl quality.
