@ OP: Really anywhere in the DR, Puerto Rico, the coastal areas of Colombia, Venezuala and Ecuador. Panama has allot of Mullatas too. As far as a place closer to home Belize is English speaking and has a large black and Mullato population.

Just look on any carribean coastal area and you will find blacks and mullato's in Southe America. This is not normaly true for Central America and far South American.

Lumiere: That is a Mestiza you are showing. Matter of fact I wager she is probably like 90% European...maybe her great gret grandad was nativo. White settler marries / bangs Indian native. Skin color, you get variations of that from hundreds of years ago depending on how many more natives were brought into the fray. You either get lighter or darker. Mullata is part afro and part white or part Afro and part mestizo.

Based on your criterias, I'd say in the following order:
1) Floripa, the coolest beach party town in the south Hemisphere. Period. 3) Guaruja, SP's most popular beach resort, very crowded during the weekend where the rich and beautiful from SP escape the dirty city to have fun in this gorgeous beach town. Lots of girls from out of town out to have fun, which are relatively easy to have some fun with.
4) Ilha Bela, one of the most stunning beach town in Brasil, between Rio and Santos. Your best bet to go there during the weekend if you want the place jumping. If you want more tranquillity, go during low season during the week. Perfect place to both recharge your batteries in a paradisical place and to do some hard core partying at the same time.
5) In terms of stunningly beautiful beach town, I can't help but to mention Paraty as well. It's truly paradise on earth. Virgin forests, lush green hills, waterfalls, cascades and waters so blue you can see the fish it's unreal. But this is a place best suited to take a special girl with you from Rio than going there to catch a girl. People go there either in family or in couples to enjoy a wonderful and romantic time. Truly a place not to miss. I realize you asked for places to pick up girls, Paraty is filled with tourists from all over Brasil, so chances are you can hook up with a tourist there, but I'd suggest you get a nice popuzuda in Rio and take her with you to Paraty for the time of your life.

A fail proof place is in Vila Milosa in Rio and in front of Balcony in Copacabana, Rio. The first one is not for the faint at heart and the second is for the pure hustler.

I'm very busy at this time, but in the near future, I'll write a solid breakdown of Cabio Frio. Also, keep in mind there is a lot of turnover there in terms of clubs/bars and which ones are the ones in vogue at any given moment so my experience from the past might not be relevant to someone going there now. I'll submit an updated report on Cabo Frio after I return from Rio next time.

If you don't mind the long flight Windhoek, Namibia had among the most beautiful dark skinned Black Women I have seen. For closer to home the Caribbean coast of Honduras (Tela, Ceiba, Bay Islands), Guatemala (Livingstone) Costa Rica(Puerto Limon, Cauhita, Puerto Viejo) had some lookers as well. I haven't been to Europe in almost 10 years so this might be a little dated. I saw many cute mixed/mulattas/red bone chicks in pretty much every European capital I went to. I actually got scammed by a fine Afro German chick on my very first night of my trip in Frankfurt. I went into this bar and I thought I was dropping some really tight game on this chick, my heart broke when her pimp came out and she told me she will only do "something strange for some change.." The bar tab came to about $100 Euros after two drinks. A very expensive lesson indeed.

Speakeasy, I have never been to Trinidad, but I have been to Jamaica a few times and outside of Haiti, Jamaica is widely considered to be the most violent/dangerous place in the Carribean, I never had a real problems there, so I'm sure Trinidad isn't too bad. It's like any where you are in the world, you got to play it cool, stay on your toes, and trust your instincts, whether that's Rio de Janeiro, Kingston, S.E. D.C., East Oakland, etc. And from one of your other posts I am under the impression that you are black (Afro-American), if this is correct you will get a lot more love/respect in the Carribean, there is definitely a distant relative vibe that the people feel there for other peoples of African descent.

I'm new to this forum, but I had to put in because I am half Belizean and half Brazilian.

We have a good "mulatto" or creole mix in Belize, and the girls range from sluts to timid house girls. I haven't been back to Brazil in a while, but the mix is even more evident.

Speaking of Mangueira, even tough this year, their Samba enredo (samba song) was voted the best in Rio, I found the Samba Enredo of Imperatriz and Vila Isabel more beautiful, plus the actual parade of these 2 schools were better IMHO than Mangueira's. By far, the best this year, was Tijuca's parade with their out of this world opening group and their magic trick. If you haven't seen yet the Tijuca's parade or even the opening section, do yourself a favor, search it on youtube, make yourself comfortable, grab your favorite drink and prepare to be blown away.

Germandude: mulatta simply means European mixed with African blood, and that certainly CAN be found throughout Europe. Your best bet is going to be Northern Africa, especially former French colonies--these will have loads of them, and they can be absolutely gorgeous. Also, at this point, there are tons of French-African chicks in France as well...I want to say they're mostly concentrated in the Southern coastal towns, but I'm not positive, you definitely need to check up on that with someone (probably a Frenchman) who knows for certain.

Edit: Also, I just checked the HIV/AIDS prevalence rate on the CIA World Factbook for Trinidad and Tobago and it's listed as 1.5%, so about 2.5 times what it is in the U.S. (0.6%), not that bad, really...
