Also, if you were to start no fap while doing all this, I could easily see a person doubling their girth.
Remember, the muscles in your hand are 10x stronger than a woman's body, and that much pressure will have negative effects on your girth. Something that popped up in my mind, is that "Naturals" had success earlier with girls, and never had to resort to fapping in the first place.

So I've started wearing the extender when I'm around at home. I don't think too much about, not like the "I HAVE to wear it 4 hours a days!" dudes, I just throw it on if I'm at home. I gotta say I actually think this thing works with consistent effort. I've gained about a half inch in a month, but more importantly I've created a habit of wearing it. I'll wake up and throw it on as I'm making breakfast. I'll come back home from work and throw it on as I make dinner and do some side project work. Wear it for longer on the weekends when I'm at home more. I don't think twice about it anymore, just throw it on and continue my daily activities.
I still havent it worn it outside. I Theoretically could, as I can walk around just fine with it on. Sitting is a bit more difficult though, so driving and a coffee shop is kind of out of the question. If I reduced the amount of the stretch, I could probably drive just fine but that might defeat the purpose of a stretcher.
I'll keep the habit up and see what happens in a couple months.

I decided to give jelqing a try. Started at the beginning of April just by doing ten minutes every other day and then increased it to twenty minutes every other day. Length has increased from 8 inches bone pressed to 8 2/8 inches bone pressed. I haven't bothered tracking girth because it's difficult to get a consistent measurement in terms of where along the shaft to measure. I'm going to increase time to 30 minutes every other day and see how that goes for a while. I'd like to get to 9 inches bone pressed. When I start something I tend to be consistent so I'll report back several months from now.
I might introduce some stretches at some stage too. I'm a bit concerned about putting so much pressure on one position of the shaft though, thinking that it could perhaps dent it or something over time.

I have the bathmate and it definitely helps in girth. I also gained over half an inch after 2 months.

For me the huge benefit of PE has been erection quality... refractory period went down really fast (like a few weeks of PE). Before PE I felt like a boss when I could keep the erection after ejaculation and keep fucking for a second time without ever going flaccid. It happened to me twice and I felt like a porn king.
After PE it's part of my normal sex life.
As for size? meh maybe.. but the amount of time and dedication is not worth it TO ME.
Some guys spend 2 hours per day to gain 2 inches... is it worth it? that's their decision. Me, I'd rather spend 15 minutes per day just to keep my erections strong as steel, and I'm happy.
As with everything in life, you have to choose at which point of diminishing returns you cut your loses.
My routine is warm up with bathmate, 100 jelqs, some stretches. Not fancy, but enough for my needs. I may consider adding some stretcher like the Phalosan, some people report decent gains with zero effort (less than more time consuming methods, but again, diminishing returns).

Update - gained 5/8 inch in 4 months. Still only jelqing with baby oil 30 mins 5-6 days per week. It really works.

None at all, just jelqing. I'm not completely comfortable with stretches as I think they might be what causes the discolouration, and maybe injuries. Jelqing is pretty low impact and seems to be effective for length due to the stretch involved. I jelq downwards to the side with each hand.

Tayo from the research I've done, the bulk of people that have been successful got their results through manual work (with the exception of maybe clamping if that can be classed as using a device), rather than devices so you might want to consider that first.
Myself I'll continue updating here every few months with what I'm doing and what the results are. I'm not interested in getting too into it and wasting a load of time, but I might start some thickness work such as clamping once I start getting close to my length goal. I haven't been tracking girth but while I've felt some increased tightness with regular girls, I don't think the gains have been anywhere near as significant as my length gains.

I use the clamp/jelq method every morning after a cold shower. Couldn't be more happier with my results.
