What is one idea or suggestion that would take this forum to the next level?

Not really a forum software thing, but something that can forge stronger bonds in the community.
On another forum I'm at we have yearly awards to recognize the best in the community. It's a fun thing to do, forges ties between us, and incentivizes people, particularly new guys, to contribute more.
Maybe we could do something like that here?
You'd have awards related to world events like alpha of the year, biggest hamster, and most memorable event, etc.
Then you'd have community-specific awards like player of the year, best ROK writer/article, and of course member of the year for the guy who contributed the most overall.
Just an idea. These things are fun. They add to the Holidays. I think we'd all have a good time. I could help organize it if asked. There's still a while in the year to go of course, so this would be a few months away.

Id like to know the age of people who's post I'm reading or replying to.
This could be included with the 'wingman', 'beta orbiter' tag etc with teens =1, twenties=2, thirties=3 etc
Sorta helps with the quality and relevance of the information offered
The deep forum is a great subforum and should get more topic input from Mods
A resource subforum collating web pages on anything from Existentialist Angst to the Bonesmen would be good

It's been tried (at least) twice before but didn't really take off:

Newbs can't post or reply outside of the newb board until
- They reach X # of posts
- They get repped by someone with X # of rep posts
#'s to be decided by management. Could even be a time limit, (though seemingly cats will wait years before they reveal themselves as spammers or trolls)
Tired of fuck boys and denialists showing up to good threads and spamming them up, or dumb ass questions or off topic questions.
The site in general has a lot of leeches, just here to soak shit up - never do they add any sort of value.
But parasites need to be exterminated.

I like not knowing how old someone is. It keeps you from making judgements about the content of what you are reading based on preconceptions.

I'd like to see a "members only forum".

Spoiler tags.
That thread with the Samoan Yoga Whale had pics everywhere, I thought I was fairly safe by clicking the last post, but they were too big to fly over.

What would be difficult to implement, but very cool I think would be some interactive world map, where members can freely put their position on. That way when you would travel, you check the city/country your going to and see what members are there at the moment. It can also have an ambassador system included. Fi Member X would be listed as the go to person for a certain country given his high rep, posts about the area and the time he has spent there.
Other then that I agree on modifications of the rep system, perhaps making it two fold, one for verified meetings and one for knowledge/added value given to the forum. Also the bookmarking of posts was a good idea and off course the classic: a member only forum.
The idea for members to list more stats, in principle I like it, but it would make it easier for outsiders to identify who we are in real life, dangerous stuff.
A sub-forum of classics could also be interesting. Threads that generated a very high value and that everyone should re-read from time to time. This would decrease re-posts as well. And perhaps one of these could be the all time MVP Thread, were we would have a list of the best posters, the men who have proven over and over again to be the essence of what this forum is about, so you can just go read their posts whenever you need top advice.

Organizing the forum to more easily find useful information or some sort of index.
Yes, the search function works but has limitations. For example if I want to find RVF's best posts on personal development topics I could search "personal development" and only find a fraction of what the forum had to offer. Health is another good example. I know I can search baking soda and ACV but if I hadn't come across them at random I may never have known about them at all. With the search
I would like to see a page where you can find information broken down into different categories instead of having to "data mine" to find useful information. Or a "best of RVF" type page "stickied" to the top of forum sections.
Search works when you know what you're looking for but doesn't help to find the best of what the forum has to offer.

After reading all thus far, the following ideas stood out as out as superb suggestions:
- MikeCF, WestIndianArchie, The Father, Rottenapple --> "VIP Section" = Private exclusive forum/section only available to experienced members, deemed worthy by certain metrics as they've suggested e.g. posts, value-bombs etc.
- XXL, Spalex --> "@Username Handle/Notification" = So that we can easily know if we've been mentioned or replied to.
- bodmon, Basswaldo --> "Stats Listing Under Avatar" = Instead of having to click on on a user's profile, we can know immediately other user's background e.g. age, height, %body fat etc... maybe also what body shape/type/style of broad each user is most attracted to. This is useful to take into account cos people have such varied tastes.
- Speakeasy --> "Donation Button" = I think we've all gained so much value from this forum that some of us would gladly donate.
- Kolovrat --> "Search Engine De-Optimisation" = Making the site non-indexed on search engines, to keep it close-knit and spreading via word-of-mouth only.

It would be great this forum will feature Tapatalk functionality. In my case, I use this forum app frequently to keep organized my forum suscriptions. Also Roosh can disable the signature "Sent from (your smartphone model) through Tapatalk". With this application the forum has indirect promotion in the suggestions box (when you search forums to join).

And I get all that. But what about private forums that no one can get into unless they have like 1,000 posts or something...a place we can be uncensored, unmoderated. I would feel totally free in that place. Our public forums suffer from the contamination of residual political correctness in the atmosphere.
This place isn't moderated and censored because of SJWs, it's primarily to damp out factionalism in the forum. We're all men, but there are men here of different races and religions and other types of factions, and unmoderated speech in those areas tend to be divisive.
It's for this reason that moderation is such an art: too much and it damages valuable contribution (ideas restricted, people leave), too little and it damages valuable contribution (drives out some factions, people 'shitpost').
This forum isn't actually about free speech at all. We all already know this: just try saying "feminism is a force for good" or "I enjoy teh gey sex" here and see how long your account lasts. It's more of a 'Kings Court', where membership and topics of discourse exist purely to meet the satisfaction of the 'King' (Roosh). It's precisely this that has created the unique 'style' of this forum. Otherwise, there's always places like 4chan or whatever, where you can post literally whatever you want. The problem is: people do. It just looks like noise.

I second DrCotards suggestion: Tapatalk would be nice!
Another nice feature would be the possibility to add tags to a thread. It would be much easier to find relevant content via the search engine.

So going on your line of logic
Your your good with talking to a woman you are attracted on a chat line and based on her sexual predelictions, arrange to hook-up for some awesome sex only to discover she owns a dick too?
This would only make sense on a gay forum.

I'm assuming your comment is aimed at debeguiled's comment "This would only make sense on a gay forum."
Why don't you take your own advice and stop filling up this thread by passing judgement on the wrong bloke....now don't be defensive, just move on

Someone brought it up earlier, but perhaps the viewability some sections of the forums should be limited to members. I'm not entirely sure of just which sections that should be, but I tire of seeing creatures like manboobz mine the forum for any possible statements he can use to slander Roosh and those on RVF.
One con however I can see to limiting that viewability to those who stumble upon RVF through google searches is that it could dissuade people whose initial light-bulb is turned on upon finding RVF and embarking on a domino effect of examining various posts in it.

A "Random Thread" button, which jumps the user to a randomly selected thread. The possible threads could also be narrowed down based on exceeding a number of replies.
From time to time I've come across some very interesting old threads. I'm sure there are many more buried in the depths of RVF, so such a feature would be cool, and probably pretty easy to implement.

A "best of" or "Top 100" like we are used to seeing on RooshVblog.com. Generally more organization of great posts and threads.

New members should have to provide intel and earn the right to view certain threads in which guys have provided invaluable information, notably travel and data sheets.
In general, more emphasis what made this Forum great: self-improvment, making money, travel and picking up girls. We will never agreed on politics, but we can all agree on the importance of maximizing these areas in our lives.
