Getting a few "certifications" so I can move back to Europe, get a decent job and chase women in Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Baltics and Balkans.

What is the #1 concern you have in life right now?

Historically, I've been bad at closing the deal and fucking girls. With all of the experience I have racked up that problem is working itself out. I'm at the point now where i feel like I'm about to breakout and start getting laid on a semi regular basis.
I would love to spend a semester in Spain my senior year in college which is about one and a half years away. To do that i need to get better grades. I have messed around WAY too much in college. Im going to have to cut down the amount of time I hangout with my friends and probably trim some fat. Going out 3-5 nights a week Durring the semester is not going to work if I want to make better than my 2.0 gpa. Im going to start hanging out in the library and coffee shops.
I have gotten rid of a lot of bad habits since summer started. I stopped doing recreational drugs, I don't mindlessly browse the Internet as much as I used to, I bought a dry erase board to keep track of my goals, I started working out again. I still drink way too damn much though. I tried to quit smoking and lasted 12 days(A new record!) but as soon as I hung out with people who smoke I caved.
I want to paint a large offensive picture this summer and hang it above my desk.
Read at least 5 books
Study Spanish.

I need a change of environment above anything else right now. Where I'm living right now is destroying my soul.

What is the #1 concern you have in life right now?

I'm currently going thru a divorce, so my main worry is getting thru that without getting my balls ripped out thru my wallet (thank god this is going down in Singapore which is pretty pragmatic on financial settlement, as opposed to Australia where its 50/50).
Also, I've made enough money from work (been in investment banking for 12 years) and from real estate investments for me to live pretty comfortably and make alimony payments for my exwife and daughter. however, most of these are stuck in illiquid real estate assets which my ex won't let me sell till the divorce is settled (dumb bitch), and the whole process is just dragging on and on - tearing my hair out and I'm getting very nervous as the euro crisis is really ramping up now.
the other worry i have is keeping a balance between gaming women/travelling and being a good father to my daughter (she's 3 and half years old). i would love to spend 6 months in europe for example, but i feel my relationship with my daughter would be worse as a result.
bottom line: marrying the right woman is just about the most important decision a man would make, a very hard lesson that i've learnt
the last worry i have is whether to go back into banking where the money's good (although trend is definitely on way down), its what i know and still a respected career in Asia, or take the path less traveled and pursue internet startups and try and make it big

For me, number one is money. I used to have a 9-5 and did fine. I quit that and went freelance, it didn't turn out so great. Probably because I left to travel S. America and was not here for clients and didn't want to work on the road. I never really got back in my groove. I got pretty lazy after my long trip. Now I no longer enjoy what I used to do and I don't know what I want to do next. I want to find something I'm passionate about that doesn't feel like work but something I naturally drawn too, but I have not found that yet and I'm doing a lot of soul searching. In the meantime I have to live really frugal to make my savings stretch till I can work out a plan to get myself back on track. So number one I guess you could say is both money and finding a new career path. Not sure if I want to go back to school, go teach English somewhere, try to go back to what I did before 9-5 or what. It's fucking me up in other areas because I can't really travel right now. Well I could, but I'd be digging too much into reserve cash and I don't want to do that unless necessary. Travel as well as girls are now on the back burner. I'm 100% focused on money and career right now.

I'm also first and foremost now focused on money to pay off debts so that I can be free again to travel, to invest in my current biz. Right now, I'm working a lot doing something I hate and that's affecting my moral and my mood. I've gotten so lazy since I've been back here and constantly tired, lacking energy. I'm even contemplating selling my place, that would completely wipe my slate clean and free me for good, but there are also other family obligations that are keeping me here. I'm looking for a ways to make a quick 100K to pay off everything and be free again and so far, the best option looks by far to be moving to Alberta and work for 5-6 months a year there for a few years. The place I am now, Toronto is also getting to my nerves to the point of totally sucking the life out of me. I've become very lazy since I returned here from Asia last year, I've gained weight, feeling most time tired and without energy. I've been wanting to hit the gym each day for a while but lack of energy and lazyiness have been stopping me. I haven't done jack on my bizz as a result so that has come to an almost halt at this time. Solution? Change my environment to get my energy back to get back my grove and start making progress again. I'll be moving out of that hell soon.
Rant over.

I would say my greatest long term concern is mental health followed by physical health.
Also, I guess losing creative motivation and energy since my number one love is definitely business creation. This is starting to happen now, as I'm rethinking my priorities.
Right now, I'm learning to focus on building smaller, more sustainable business streams of income and finding people I trust to handle some of the stress load.

Change of environment (i.e. getting out of this uncivilized, corrupted, economically fucked-up, americanized shithole), definitely. But gathering money while that plan comes to completion is very nice too.

My main concern is generating enough money without being tied down at a 8-16 job.
I can easily get ca 55k euro with a normal job, and I did so in the past. Then I wanted to free up more time, and I did not get another one when the project I worked on was finished. I now get ca 75% of that without doing nothing but filing a online form once every 2 weeks. It takes me ca 60 seconds. The bad news is that I have to stay in the country and cant travel except for short vecations. I can however apply to get the same ampount paid out in another part of europe, pretending to search work there. Its only for 3 months though.
On the positive note, I have lots of friends, Im in great shape, and Im doing well gaming wise. But I have really started hating the question "What do you do for work?".
My short term goal is to be able to make some money online, and work on from there. Im very good with developing ideas and making plans for how to make them work. Its only actually doing the work I dont like at all.

Short term: Getting through this deployment (3).
Long term: Getting my online project off of the ground/finding legitimate means to be self-sufficient (money).

The delicate balance of stacking away money to leave the country while pretending to be an omega at work. I have to stack cash, pretend I believe in the blue pill at work then change personalities when I walk out the door, all while still hooking up just enough to keep my sanity.

Doing everything I can everyday to further my acting career, which thankfully has been doing ok. I'd like to sign with a good agent and be out of the service industry by year's end. And working out everyday, going to showcases, training all helps.

Sex and money.
I started crossfit about a year ago and I eat right, so I've got the health issue covered. I've been adding to my wardrobe, too (looks dept).
I signed up to take the GMAT in a month. More education = more debt, yeah, but a masters in finance or economics = more $$.
For sex, I just gotta approach more. I find it hard approaching when I'm stuck in a routine, but that's just an excuse.

I suffer from a complete and total lack of inspiration.
My friend and I are working on a little online service that will hopefully get us lots of extra cash but all my "corporate" friends think its just a pipe dream get rich quick scheme and that I'm selling myself short.
They tell me that i can make a lot more with my degree and skills, and they're right, its just that I am not inspired enough to go anywhere from one tunnel of the rat race to another. There really has to be something more out of life.
I try to chase every hint of inspiration that I get. I did standup comedy for a while last year, and, while it was insanely difficult, but also rewarding, the "spark" for it faded.
My concern right now is to find this spark, because I know that when I'm inspired I can do pretty much anything.

#1 concern:
Achieving independence in a sustainable way.
That means: Being beholden to none, bank nor man, never running out of opportunities to capitalize on the value I create, and maintaining good, mature habits that reinforce my strengths and manage my weaknesses, from work-principles to grooming habits, exercise and diet.
Yep, that about covers it. As I get that sorted out, I'll come back to game with a vengence. Until then, everything that does not directly lead to dealing with the above concern is simply a distraction.
A year from now you'll wish you started today

Short term concern: Surviving my summer job that pays crap... My regular job as a teacher has excellent pay, but no school in summer :/
Long term: Just relax. I'm too stressed out... I'm 24 years old, just finished my masters. I'll be going to south america in two months, for a whole year. There's no real worries, but I just feel like shit these days...

Will the Abkhazian interior ministry actually send me my entry clearance in time for my trip. They promised me it would take 5 days but it's been 3 weeks already and I've not been issued with one yet.
Apart from that everything in life is just peachy.
