We need to come up with an alternate term to "sex tourist"

The term should simply encapsulate a man who lives or spends many months out of the year away from the anglosphere and prefers a foreign people and culture to that of his place of birth. It should convey his objective of permanent resettlement abroad with the goal of business and family in his preferred location.
