Florida is one of the best states to live in if you like warm weather. We have cheap housing prices and rentals in Tampa, Orlando area. We have major colleges to game college girls in USF, UCF, UMiami, FAU, FIU. Direct Flights to many Latin American countries within 2-4 hours. Always have tourists coming in and out looking for a good time on South Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Clearwater, Disney World. COL is significantly less than an NYC or Cali, and also direct access to cruise ships where you can get away for $350 to the Bahamas for a 3 day cruise. If you hate hot weather, and like mountains then I can understand, but not many states offer this quality of life. And yes, some people are messed up here but that is everywhere in the Southern States, West, North East, Midwest, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, all over.
