Chris gave chase and responding police officers caught up to both men. Harris was found with watches, cellphones, and currency inside his bag. Officers were able to return some of the property before the owners even knew it was missing.

"I have been burglarized before, and I've chased a burglar before. He got away, but not this time. No, not this time," Chris said about his experience.

Petrozzino lost his legs and hands due to bacterial meningitis when he was a teen, WFTV reports. Doctors were forced to amputate both his arms and legs. Students at his high school raised money to help pay the medical bills for his 13 surgeries. He now has two prosthetic legs.

Petrozzino was last seen on an ATM surveillance camera Tuesday morning leaving in a 2012 red Toyota Camry. Police consider him armed and dangerous.

A prosthetics expert told the Orlando Sentinel people without hands still have the ability to fire weapons without special devices.
