Something that I'm seeing regularly that pisses me off

@G
"I have thought about having a live-in maid and a chef when I am older.
That would be G.
But the question is this:
Would this be beta, if I did that?"
Hell no that wouldn't be beta. Especially if your fucking the maid and the chef is female and you're fucking her too.
A man should look for what is, and not for what he thinks should be.

I was out running today. During that hour I saw the following on THREE separate occasions. I see this pretty much EVERY time I go out for a run:
Short, brown, what appeared to me to be central american or Oaxacan housekeepers/nannys walking white kids in strollers. We're talking on busy streets here too, with people commuting at 50 MPH a few feet away.
Now, I know that's going to trigger some racial BS for some folks, but let me say now I don't give two shits about color or background. I work in a kitchen professionally and my closest acquaintances are latinos, and more often than not I prefer their company.
What pisses me off is I'm pretty sure the moms of these kids are too busy getting botox or shopping on Rodeo drive TO WALK THEIR OWN GODDAMN KIDS IN A STROLLER. Seriously, when the hell did THAT become too big of a chore? In addition to American women completely nosediving on every last domestic ability, now they can't take their own kids for a walk.
Maybe it's just L.A. I dunno. I can't imagine a worse place to try and settle down and raise a family.
Makes me sick to my stomach.
This is not only in America .
Here in São Paulo , Brazil , it is very normal to see black maids walking white kids in strollers while mommy and daddy are shopping or absent. In any upper-class area or fancy mall you see scenes like that daily.

Nannies and other paid servants are status symbols. They could manage things like basic cleaning and cooking, but think they're too good for it. Also, the help has to be someone who the hubby won't want to fuck.

Exacly. I hate during SUNDAY those people walking around with maids and ONE KID. Some couples really needs help (twins, for example). But seriously? Sunday?
I thought that I was the only one pissed. Just walk around Oscar Freire and Itaim and you will see dozens of children with the white dressed maids and no moms.

I'll do you guys one better:
I was having lunch at a higher-end downtown Chicago restaurant a few months ago and I was seated next to a table of obviously financially well off women. One of the women was discussing how her and her husband decided to use a "gestational carrier" to carry there baby. I didn't know what the fuck it was until she kept talking. Basically, a "gestational carrier" is a woman who will allow herself to the fertilized embryo of another couple implanted in her. She is pregnant with a baby that is not genetically hers.
At first I felt bad for the woman at the table. She has all this money but can't deliver a child. Then I kept listening and realized that this chick didn't have any medical condition that keeps her from having kids. SHE WAS JUST TOO FUCKING LAZY TO CARRY HER OWN CHILD FOR NINE MONTHS.
She kept going on and on about how great it was that she didn't have to deal with the pain, discomfort, and weight gain from pregnancy, but she still wound up with a baby that was genetically hers. Then she starts in about how "we rely on professionals in so many areas of our life, why not this?" I actually lost my appetite listening to this chick and her friends.
Is this what we have come to?

My daughter is now 9, but when she was 2, we had her in a curriculum-based daycare. By age 5, school was all day. I never had a nanny because I didn't need one.
I will say this, I feel that a stay-at-home Mom is needed only when a couple has 2 or more kids of a very young age because daycare costs are so much.
If there is just ONE KID, there is no reason for a stay-at-home Mom. That "taking care of the house" stuff is OVERRATED and I cannot believe how many men have fell for that junk. A grown-azz woman needs to bring home some damn money. I am not trading in a meal and some clothes being ironed for and 2nd salary. Besides, I am not knocking up (and my daughter's Mom is proof) a chick who doesn't make good money anyway.

Yes...women that can afford it are now using surrogates not because they CAN'T carry a child, but because they don't want to. Sarah Jessica Parker had a kid naturally, but then had twins via a surrogate. She supposedly had trouble getting pregnant again (but didn't elaborate on if she tried in-vitro), so she and Matthew Broderick decided to get a surrogate to carry her next kid, which turned out to be twins. A woman hiring another human being to gestate their own child when they are perfectly able is SICKENING. It's like purchasing a baby as an accessory. You can't breast feed the child, and I have to believe you're not as bonded to the child as you would be if you carried for nine months and went through the pain of childbirth. It's vanity at its worst - you don't want to have to work to get back in shape for the sake of your own child.

Unless your husband is Arnold Schwarzenegger
HA HA! But you saw that chick, and Arnold probably didn't fuck her because she was attractive. She was merely convenient. He's a famous actor AND the Governor - he couldn't go out hunting for something else. Most other guys can pass on the little Guatamalen and bang something they really ARE attracted to.

It's not always the the stay-at-home wife/mother that "can't be bothered" to stay with the kid all the time.
When a blue-pill provider man and a modern career woman have a child their already-too-high expenses go up. They both need to work to maintain the lifestyle, neither can or wants to stay home, but they most certainly don't want to do the "prolie" daycare option. Enter the nanny.
...
Sometimes I think that modern, upper-middle class America is the most depressing mind-fuck in the history of civilization.
I haven't done the math, but I think you could live nearly as well having your wife as a housewife, i.e. on one income:
1. Only one car.
2. She homeschools the kids --> don't have to live in a distant suburb that's expensive because it has good schools. Lower rent, lower commute time. Could live close enough to work to walk, bike or use public transport.
3. Shop at Costco, cook at home.
4. No nannies, maids, cooks, gardeners. Wife cooks, cleans, gardens, even sews.
5. Try living in a smaller place close to a park, so that a small-sized home won't be such a big deal.
What are the major expenses? Rent, car, food, clothes. Set it up right, and you could potentially slash all of those.
Question is, how many American women would sign up for that?
I have a friend of mine from high school, he is expecting his 2nd child shortly. We/they live in a high end suburb. They will be paying $3400 for 2 kids in child care. Whats crazy is that they wife has a decent job making around 50k/year. Its has a little bit more prestige than the salary would indicate.
She cant be taking home much more than 4k a month from her job. Basically, she is working so she can send the 2 toddlers to day care.
What?????
These 2 aren't stupid either and my friend is not your typical beta.
The reasons for this are:
1. She will go crazy if she is stuck in the house with the kids all day.
2. Her career is important.
Anyway, they will probably wind up getting a live in illegal nanny or something like that, I doubt they will pay the $3400 for very long, but why would you even consider doing something like that its crazy.
Stupid Americans.

Well, if the mother is a stay at home mom, and they get divorced, then he is going to get even more raped than usual. So, it seems like it's you're damned if you do and damned if you don't.
