They look like horse pills and can be difficult to swallow. They can also make you piss bright neon yellow as you lose most of it if you dont work out like a beast. Most people cant stomach the idea of swallowing 11 horse pills, but Im anal about the fact that no company (not even the government) can squeeze ALL your nutrients into a single tiny pill. I dont care how badass their blender is, your downing a calcium pill one day and zinc the next.


Ive been taking my Fish Oil using Carsons Labs brand in liquid form (the body has best absorption for liquids and powders). Only a handful of companies produce the quality of fish oil you can get from Carsons Labs, and the Lemon taste is great!

Most fish oil people take are useless, the quantities of DHA and EPA are minimal or nill and lower quality or expired; oil has that nasty fishy taste if it lower quality or expired. If your dropping less than $20 on your fish oil its probably a waste of your money.


As for my 2nd fav supplement after Animal Pak, before I work out I take Presurge Unleashed

I cannot possibly describe my workouts on this thing. Ive taken Jack3d, No Xplode, straight up Ephedra (lost 10 lbs in 2 days, puddles around my ankles), nothing gives me the energy, focus, immunity to pain, shorter rest time, simply put: GODMODE. I would buy this thing even if they raised the price to $80.


After I work out I take Re-Con, your def gonna need it if you take Presurge Unleashed.

This stuff is legit! Ever do heavy squats and deadlifts in the same day? You literally crawl your way into the bathroom after rolling out of bed the next day. With Re-con you recover 10x faster, minimal pain the next day. Worth every penny if you work out like a beast.


Bedtime I take ZMA, doesnt matter which one you take as long as its 10.5 mg of B6, 450 mg of magnesium, and 30 mg of zinc. Just buy the cheapest you can find. Very vivid dreams. Unfortunately it makes me sleep like 9 hrs. If I could get by off of 5 hrs of sleep that would be great though lol

Is that stuff alot better then jack3d? i like the work out i do on jack3d

and as far as that zma stuff, it didnt help me sleep at all... ima shitty sleeper anyway.. i was hoping it would work

Presurge Unleashed puts Jack3d to shame. Which is pretty crazy considering how badass Jack3d is. I dont say the words GODMODE lightly. I would actually stop myself after certain reps because Im not sure if Im close to passing out or ripping a muscle.

ZMA makes me oversleep. Ill get 8+ hours of sleep on ZMA. I was hoping ZMA would give me better quality sleep so that I would need less but no dice. However the benefit to ZMA are the lucid dreams. I do dream interpretation when on ZMA.

My Daily Drug/Vitamin Diet - What's yours?

I take a high quality Protein shake in the morning which also has Udo's oil (Omega 3 and 6 as well as fatty acids)
I will then use the shake to drink the following supplements:

Costco Multivitamin (similar to Centrum from Men)
Vitamin C Chewable so i don't get colds
Milk Thistle for liver health
Creatine (Krealkalyn) supplement 2x daily

I find a great multivitamin along with the omega oils and the protein pretty much give me everything I need. I just did a blood count and was found to have perfect levels in all areas.

Shit man thats crazy ha.. i dunno if that stuff is for me. i used to have panic attacks years ago an once or twice on the jack3d i would start feeling like i was having one... but at the same time damn it sounds like a killer work out.... i doubt i can even get that shit here in the Phils i cant even find an casein protein here ANYWHERE

to the people who take melatonin, how effective has it been for you guys?

i've been trying to go to sleep so i make sure i get 8 hours a night, but no matter what, i can't get 8 hours of sleep even if i try. no matter how hard i work out, i just can't fall asleep most of the time.

Melatonin,ZMA, Pain killer PM type pills..... Working out like a mad man.... none of it worked for me... sometimes after a crazy hard work out i would be dead ass tired around 10 or 11 an go to bed only to wake up 2 hours later feeling like a just drank 8 red bulls an not able to fall back asleep...

its a curse......

my ex gf says she started smoking weed in the late evening time to wind down an it helps her sleep....

Melatonin is one of the greatest finds for a sleep aid. It is natural, does not give you a hangover effect or any side effects. I take a half of a pill every night in chewable form, and I get a much better quality sleep. It makes your sleep regular too, so if you are not tired for example, it helps you fall asleep much faster and avoids the tossing and turning effect. Try it out, very, very safe.

@ the Chef why dont you try taking NO X-plode (the heavily caffeinated one) or cheaper would be bottle of caffeine pills. Take a ridiculous amount (200 mg and up) like 3-6 pm and have a crazy workout. Youll work out like a beast and then come home and crash out. Its one of the things I hated about NO-Xplode. I heard they changed the formula in the newer ones so you might have to stick with caffeine pills. Eventually youll be able to time it so you crash out when you need to instead of randomly.

I take AP as well a couple of times a week. On days I don't, I take a good multi and zinc sup. I also take yohimbe a couple of times a week.

I need to get the fish oil since I'm not eating fish everyday, let alone every week, unless I'm on vacation in Thailand or somewhere.

I like Vitamins as insurance, but the first line of defense has to be a healthy diet. I only drink when I'm on vacation, which is about every 2-3 months. I hit the gym about 3-4 times a week. Sleep is key as well as being able to de-stress and not think about work, bills and bullshit.

Next year, I plan to move out of the states to somewhere warm, with plenty of vitamin d and fish.
