I am purposely leaving food out of this, and am listing each substance, one by one. I am also not currently lifting weights because of a back injury, and when I do lift, there are several other things I take (Animal Pak vitamins, creatine, isolated whey, deca durabolin, etc).
Fish Oil (preferred brands are ones made with wild alaskan salmon) - one pill with breakfast, one with dinner.
Multivitamin (Centrum or GNC) - one with breakfast.
My Custom Morning Tonic (fresh ginseng chopped up, 1000mg crushed yohimbe, a small teaspoon of aceto balsamico extra vecchio, mixed into 10 oz coconut water, and then add a couple teabags of yerba mate and allow to soak cold for a half hour) - one 12oz glass at breakfast.
Venlafaxine (300 mg xr) - one with breakfast.
Marijuana (original blueberry, jack herrer, white widow) - about one gram a day on average, consumed with a volcano vaporizer throughout the day.
Alcohol (wine, straight single malt, certain beers) - average of 1-3 standard measures per day consumed after 5 pm, with ocassional binges.
