My Daily Drug/Vitamin Diet - What's yours?

I am purposely leaving food out of this, and am listing each substance, one by one. I am also not currently lifting weights because of a back injury, and when I do lift, there are several other things I take (Animal Pak vitamins, creatine, isolated whey, deca durabolin, etc).



Fish Oil (preferred brands are ones made with wild alaskan salmon) - one pill with breakfast, one with dinner.

Multivitamin (Centrum or GNC) - one with breakfast.

My Custom Morning Tonic (fresh ginseng chopped up, 1000mg crushed yohimbe, a small teaspoon of aceto balsamico extra vecchio, mixed into 10 oz coconut water, and then add a couple teabags of yerba mate and allow to soak cold for a half hour) - one 12oz glass at breakfast.

Venlafaxine (300 mg xr) - one with breakfast.

Marijuana (original blueberry, jack herrer, white widow) - about one gram a day on average, consumed with a volcano vaporizer throughout the day.

Alcohol (wine, straight single malt, certain beers) - average of 1-3 standard measures per day consumed after 5 pm, with ocassional binges.

multivitamin and fish oil in the morning with my breakfast.

wake and bake bowl or dab. for the past week it's been medical AK47 since i can get oz's so cheap from a connect, but occasionally i'll take a fat dab of hash oil... it's much pricier though.

if i need to be hitting the books heavy and i've had a long night i'll take a vyvanse, this only happens about once every 2 weeks or once a week TOPS.

if i had a tame night, just hanging out with the homies, or if certain women are over then i'll either a)roll a joint (cone style, with the filter in) or b) pass around the bong again.

i consume alcohol on average about 3-5 nights a week. not too big of alchy honestly, but i do admit it boosts your game and breaks some tension. when i drink it's usually just a glass of wine, certain beers, scotch and soda, etc. you know what the deal is. i don't drink much though, just enough to get me a little loose.

i'll roll on some molly only if a) i actually bought it from a legitimate source, and b) if the night calls for it. rolling isn't commonplace though, only roll once about once or twice a month but i do enjoy it recreationally.

"natural" goodness: green tea, ginger, turmeric, coconut oil (try and get a few servings of each each day, turmeric usually just one)

GNC Mega Mens is a decent multi vitamin I take. There might be better multi-vitamins out there, but this one works for me.

Fish oil has Omega-3 fatty acids (plus decahexanoic and epihexanioc) that work on so many of your bodily systems that I can't list them all here. I never said that cannabis was a necessary part of a healthy lifestyle. I merely listed it as one of the drugs/vitamins I consume on a regular basis, and also gave my own personal reasons for doing so.

Personally, I hate having more than a couple alcoholic drinks in an evening, because the next day I will typically feel depressed until around noon. I don't mean hungover, I mean depressed, so I just roll with what works for me.

By far the most unhealthy habit one can have is spending 8, 10, 12 or more hours a day in the office or in front of a computer screen.

Currently taking:
Progressve Vege Greens - This is great for those of you that dont eat enough vegetables. Basically, your daily requirement of the green stuff in one disgusting drink. I think the health benefits outweigh the terrible taste. Since I've been on it, my shits are butter soft, come out smooth and regular. I've also noticed a huge improvement in my skin. I think it has also boosted my immune system, I haven't gotten sick since I bought this, about a year ago.

Vitamin D - From my understanding, vitamin D synthesis only occurs when we have adequate sunlight. I know I don't get enough of it because I work indoors and summer barely lasts longer than a couple months up here. So for me, it makes sense to hop on this supplement. There are several benefits linked to Vitamin D, the major improvement I've noticed since taking it (about 1.5 months) is that I am generally a much happier person. Sounds wack, I know, but I am noticeably friendlier, harder to agitate and less of an ass than usual [Image: smile.gif]
Unfortunately I cant post any links. I would recommend everyone to read up on Vitamin D.

nope.

the most interesting people i know who happen to be very successful in their respected fields happen to smoke pot.

i've been smoking pot almost everyday since i've been 18 and it has not held me back one bit. i think i can say it's had a pretty positive effect on me.
