Date Other Women. compare and contrast the girls you are dating, not least for how they make you feel. (that can prove counter intuitive).
If you are struggling for frame - work hard to get 4 other new and quality women to date in your life as an antidote.
Crucially, in my view, if she starts to mean alot to you, you think about when/ how she is going to contact you.. DO NOT reinvent the wheel, try for a Hail Mary pass etc.
Stick to tried and tested game that has worked for you in the past.
Approach it as if she was an average 6/7 you weren't that concerned about and play the tried and tested manoeuvres/ spaces between contact/ messages that you know you do well.
Do not let your hamster rationalise you into getting ahead of yourself.
Her feeling that you are cooler and calmer than her is all important.
Save the emotions/ experimentation/ grand gestures for the ones you don't care as much about.
And yes, the ancients said that too much focus on sex makes us fearful and weak, dissatisfied.
so get busy with the other parts of your life. I'm sure you know that part though.
