IF you want to chase younger (EE) girls in European holiday destinations you probably need to embrace some sort of provider game. If you feel comfortable doing this try heading to destinations where the vampires flock like Marbella or Nice. But these are not places to go if a 70EUR dinner "hurts".

Regardless you need to stop going to those "holiday package" destinations. And finally do not over-analyze the drinking-part, in the grand scheme of things it is not that important.
