The advice given for a man depends heavily on what the guy brings to the table. It's not all that difficult to get laid in Germany since there are a legion of 30+ year old women who don't make it difficult for a local. Also the number of brothels is staggering.

No one knows anything about the guy except that it does not make sense for him to be a German, but guys tell him to travel to the Philippines as if he is had been trying to get laid for the last 15 years, but just could not make it. Even with Western cases there is more going on with late-stage virgins. Greenman for example just had a problem getting laid, he was not a virgin. His market value mostly looks/height derived were just too low for the West (5"1, balding, overweight at 30).
