Just put tl;dr at the top of your post and drop your summary. Then feel free to say as much as you want afterwards for the people who like the detail.
For example in your post about the 4 girls. Maybe it could go like:
tl;dr dealing with 4 girls (russian, asian, etc.) not seeming to make the progress that I want to. Seems like the less interest I am showing, the more they show...etc. A few sentences tops. Then you could drop all the detail below.
