Well, it's about six weeks ago now, so can't remember exactly. But the convo was going well, then I told her I was from abroad, and then she wrote:

"oooh! so what brings you here?"
"im here to pillage and make off with the maidens" after which I added "but originally my because my parents moved here"

then she didnt answer. I waited a couple of days then wrote

"woot? you can't even take a joke?" with a grinning smiley. No response. Clearly it's not funny, but I'm a bit surprised it destroyed the interaction.
