Personally I didn't see any problems with your later approaches, but the first couple could have been done better. I would also say if you don't get a make out by the 2 hour mark at the latest you should simply pursue a different girl. On the first coupe of approaches I would have used something more witty than hey maybe a tap on the shoulder or something. For smoking girl I would have had a cigarette/cigar on hand and asked for a light.
