Roosh I disagree about the hover hand. It's a very good hand position; he's resting his arm on her back just above the wrist so that his hand can dangle freely. In essence, he's using her as an arm rest.

Counts as a hover hand by her body language in the photo. She's chicken-wing posing to look her best, completely unfocused and unphased by the possibility of body contact with him. She more concerned about the camera, which means although he's not unattractive to her - her body language would be much more awkward - he has been completely-written off sexually.
