I'm in Germany at the moment and when I went to an underground parking garage I noticed the craziest thing ever; separate parking space for women, overlooked by a security guard, so men don't park there.

Is this the case in other countries as well?

I 100% support this.

At least once a week I almost get hit in my parking garage by some female that can't manage to figure out the one-way traffic flow. Most of those times shes on a cell phone as well.

Well that's just great. Now the whole roads everywhere won't be safe, even if you can avoid female drivers. You'll still end up in the ditch from the shoddy plowing job.

I went looking for statistics to demonstrate how ridiculous this is, but actually discovered that they have a point:
