My diet is fairly on point except for breakfast. I usually have a bowl of cereal (granola or whole grain cheerios) with almond milk. Sweet and satisfying but it's not doing me any favors in the belly.
I'll do eggs/bacon/protein every once in a while but I just can't do savory meals early in the morning. I also don't do oatmeal, tastes like cardboard.
So, any suggestions?
