Of course not. Also you have to take into account heritage differences. I always give props to nature, it knows what its doing and there is this funny thing that happens with groups of women whom are more prone to have longer hair naturally, versus short.

Another extreme example. Again in speaking towards nature and how it didn't fuck up women for legion of us men from each corner of the globe. South Asian women can literally grow lush amazing hair like nothing, hair down to their ass can be achieved in short time while it would take a black woman a lifetime to achieve the same thing. So in short: Nature knows what is good, each group of women will be given a feminine advantage over others, in specific reference to hair the lack of natural ability to grow it out will be helped in another area. Next, Amber Rose is in the aesthetic minority her Italian side gave her ideal bone structure, mouth, and eyes, her Cape Verde side give her her curves and the soften up her over all structure, her look even with her regular hair is very unique. Yes you are correct that some black women cannot grow the long hair other groups can grow. That said, even this black plus size model woman with natural hair is better than a bald headed woman everyday of the week.

This is what you call a tragedy. She could grow out a mini-fro at least! She could even hit that flat iron and stay natural. How do you know she is physically incapable of growing any hair at all? Asians sometimes cut their hair shorter for work reasons or whatever. The truly hot ones can get away with it like nothing happened because none of them do pixie cuts or go bald and 2/10 trash like that (eg. face tattoos, etc). The hair is just neck or shoulder length and is at minimum at the ears.
