I spent x 4 nights in Wrocław, capital of Lower Silesia, Poland in March 2014. It is Poland's 4th largest city (630,000), home to 135,000 students and boasts many decent clubs.

This datasheet represents a pictorial time capsule of my experience of this city.

Even if the city changes beyond recognition in the next fives years or decade, these pics will always serve as a reminder of how Wrocław was when I visited it. Credit is given to Greek Kamaki, resident Slavophile and world leading anthropologist in East European ass studies.

Without further ado...





View from my apartment. Central logistics cost me USD $50 per night. I used AS Apartmenets as my booking agency and spoke to them in person rather than book over the internet. Obviously you could get cheaper if you had a longer stay or lived further out (or both).





Market Square, Rynek (means "Square"). Germanic architecture owing to Wrocław's history as a German city for hundreds of years.





Late-Gothic Old Town Hall on southern side of square. Destroyed during WWII and rebuilt according to its late 18th century design with strong Baroque and Classical influences.





To the left is an average girl by this city's standards. Slim, feminine, ok face but with unremarkable features.





Tight pants, jacket, blonde, tall, superb ass. From behind she looks like a stunner but unfortunately she was a butterface. Butterface is v common in this city and reportedly in Poland as a whole. In the West the 10-20% hot bodies and 10-20% decent faces tend to align (for some reason) making it relatively rare to see smoking hot bodies with average faces. In Poland maybe 70% of Polish girls have tight bodies, but only 20-30% have decent faces. This leads to a surplus of butterfaces.





Polish woman, mid to late-20s. Dressed modestly but with high heels. Made strong eye contact. Polish girls tend to be very obvious in making eye contact, it is not just my own personal observation either. Presumably this is an indicator of interest but could just be curiosity.





Insomnia - best club in town. I kept coming back here because it's simply better than all the other clubs no matter the night and the people are friendly and approachable. Here is an Insomnia bartender with a great rack and a slight butterface.





Three more bartenders at Insomnia. Tall and leggy. Smiling and polite but a bit distant, perhaps because they are busy. Instead of hitting up the bartenders on a busy night, chat up female club promoters on street instead if planning to stay in the city for a while. Gives inside access into Polish club scene.





Insomnia crowd. Ratio girls:guys 50:50 on Thursday, 55:45 Friday, 40:60 Saturday. Saturday bordering on sausagefest conditions in stark contrast to v favourable Friday ratio. This was the case at all clubs. Obv small sample size so hard to draw conclusions but I suspect Saturday is not the best night of the week.





Not all Polish girls wear high heel but the ones that do stand out.

Can't remember the name of this club, somewhere in ul. Mikołajska area. It was average.





Same venue, great Polish ass on left made even more noticeable by strong dancing ability - many Polish girls dance well.





English stag crew, these guys are generally noisy drunks and pathetic chumps who tend to fly in and out on weekends. They will be targeted by girls with pink umbrellas at night time who will eagerly direct them to the big strip club next to McDonalds on Rynek. I did not see any at the mainstream clubs.




The Super-Pharm. It always has an incredibly long que at the til. Always. What's so good about pharmaceuticals?





Wrocław's dwarfs. 250 of them in the city and they are seen as somewhat of a tourist attraction. They commemorate the Orange Alternative underground which ridiculed the communist authorities in the 1980s with subversive, nonsensical street art (often featuring dwarfs).

Groups of three Polish girls are quite common. Much more prevalent than groups of four.





Polish male thug, common archetype. Most likely aggressive and keen fighter. Probably hates minorities and gays. I would avoid.

Polish TV. Could not work out what was going on. Ageing Polish woman

Average Polish figures. Many are tall with good legs and ass while others are more rounded and lacking killer figure.





Club Eter on Saturday night. This club was far too massive to fill out except for this dance floor on bottom level. Talent was ok but age range wide. Wouldn't recommend this club even though locals talk it up as being 'the place to be' on Saturday nights.





Wściekły Pies Bar, Ruska 51. Erring on hipster side by Wrocław's standards. Music mostly alternative and rock.





Mid-20s Polish guy with strong game and dominant vibe chatting up two girls outside clubs. Not sure if this was a cold approach or if they already knew each other. Both girls above average. Street game at night is perhaps the most effective way to chat up girls, at least it was for me.





Often it looks like a mismatch between hotness of Polish girls and the shabby, mostly unstylish guys that chat them up. In far background young Polish cat pulls a girl wearing knee length stockings. Guy on right wearing bland cheque shirt - this is a Polish everyman look.

Cool report, I've been living in Wroclaw since September. Insomnia is not my favourite spot but it does get quite good on student nights, on Saturdays it can be a bit trashy.

IMO Eter is one of the worst clubs, full of trashy people and worst ratios in the city, massive sausage fest and thirsty guys that surround female groups at the dancefloor, definetly not going back there.

Mundo is highly overrated, girls there are also trashy and have the worst attitude in all the city, which is not typical of Polish girls, although for black dudes it could be the best place to game since many black groupies go there.

Lavos is another club in Pasaz Niepolda, very good talent on weekday nights but I find most girls are in big groups with a few dudes, so not very approachable but good place to go if you have tight game.

The best place to pull an easy average looking girl is Melanz, small and cheesy but many girls who I've met there tend to be into foreign guys. The quality is slightly lower than in Eter or Mundo.

For Monday nights, I suggest Alibi, the only Erasmus night that I enjoy. I find it interesting because you see Polish girls but very few Polish guys if at all so the ratios are usually good and the girls are into foreigners.

Last Friday I was in Teatr for the first time and I was really surprised, the talent was very good, 50:50 ratios and the girls were very friendly. I want to check it out next week to see if it is usually like that but I was quite impressed.

Approaching girls outside the clubs in Pasaz Niepolda is a good strategy, if you're a smoker it's a no brainer and some girls tend to be even more friendly.

I am checking VKontakte, and there seem to be hundreds of Belarusian / Ukrainian chicks of college age in Wroclaw. Well, I am not sure they are Belarusian / Ukrainian, but names ending in -enko / -kaya / -ova/ -vich/ -yuk don't sound Polish at all! Some of them are mourning for Ukraine by switching their profile photos to the following image:



so they are probably Ukrainian. My former Warsaw fuckbuddy's BFF was a chick from Minsk. Looks like Poland is the Slavic animal shelter of Eastern Europe!

^ I had a date set up with a girl from Minsk but unfortunately had to leave before we could meet. She was hot.

There are quite a few Ukranians and Russians in Wroclaw but I think they have close social circles and tend to go out in big groups. A club called Sombrerro organizes Russian parties every month but girls are not usually very approachable and some of them don't speak good English. I once met there a girl from kazakhstan who spoke only Russian and Polish. She seemed interested but my Polish isn't good enough and it was too hard to talk to her.

I think the club with the ass girl dancing is KonQrencja.

There are many Norwegian girls studying veterinary medicine (90% girls, I know cause I had a lecture there) and I've heard there are also a few Swedish studying Medicine. They don't go out much since they have to study a lot. I'm not sure about the perception that Poles have of them but they are only a small percentage of the expats here, most are southern europeans from the Erasmus exchange program. I'm sure they don't have a bad rep.

Polish girls have told me they find Scandinavians handsome but artificial.Of course they like the comfort Scandinavians can provide.

One of my big regrets was not visiting Poland. Next time.
