Yep. I read recently that a woman actually doesn't have to increase her caloric intake very much beyond what she normally eats to properly nourish the fetus. She should pay greater attention to WHAT she eats, but it's simply an excuse to overindulge on junk, because they might feel self-conscious stuffing themselves with the same shit in front of their partner otherwise.
