That would be real nice if it happened.
However, Donald Trump, the man who arrested him, will presumably not be granting him immunity.

If Trump is involved at all, then he is using the arrest of Assange as a way to force Assange to reveal his sources. Trump would love to have the Clinton leaker so that he can get more dirt on the Dems, if anything.
But, that said, I don't think Trump is involved in this.
We all know the Deep State does it's own thing, and around 50-70% of the government actively ignores or disobeys the President. Hundreds, if not thousands, of Democrat Federal employees hate Assange for making Hillary lose, and want his ass to fry for it. Trump has very little to do with this.

1. I doubt Paul Manafort, 70 years old, cares about an abstract admission of guilt as much as he cares about the reality of getting his ass out of prison before he dies.
2. Manning was not pardoned, his sentence was commuted (reduced) by Obama.
It was basically reduced from 35 years to around 5 1/2 years.

Evo Morales grounding incident
On 1 July 2013, president Evo Morales of Bolivia, who had been attending a conference of gas-exporting countries in Russia, gave an interview to the RT television network in which he appeared predisposed to offer asylum to Edward Snowden.[1] Snowden had fled the United States a month earlier after his disclosure of secret, widespread surveillance by the NSA, for which he faced criminal charges in the U.S..
The day after his TV interview, Morales's Dassault Falcon 900, carrying him back to Bolivia from Russia, took off from Vnukovo Airport, but was rerouted to Austria when France, Spain, and Italy[2] reportedly denied access to their airspace, allegedly due to suspicions that Snowden was on board.
....
Austria's deputy chancellor, Michael Spindelegger, said that the plane was searched, although the Bolivian Defense Minister denied a search took place, saying Morales had denied entry to his plane.[4][5] The refusals for entry into French, Spanish, and Italian airspace ostensibly for "technical reasons", strongly denounced by Bolivia, Ecuador, and other South American nations, were attributed to rumors disseminated allegedly by the US that Snowden was on board.
....
On 20 September, Evo Morales announced a lawsuit against the U.S. government for "crimes against humanity" for repeatedly blocking presidential flights, after an incident in which authorization for an overflight of Puerto Rico by President Maduro of Venezuela was delayed, although U.S. authorities said that they were entitled to three days' advance notice. Maduro had been en route to arrive in Beijing for bilaterial talks with the People's Republic of China.[15]
In the aftermath of the incident, seven Latin American countries – Bolivia, Argentina, Cuba, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Uruguay, and Venezuela – voiced their concerns to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, who asserted that "a Head of State and his or her aircraft enjoy immunity and inviolability".

Preaching a mishmash of Christianity, eastern mysticism and apocalyptic prophecy, she allegedly forced followers, including children, to take dangerous amounts of LSD and other hallucinogenics as part of prolonged initiation rites. Once they had submitted, she’d dictate every aspect of their lives. “There was only one rule: do absolutely everything she said,” says David Whitaker, a former child survivor. “That included what to think, what to wear, what to eat, who to marry, who not to marry. Total obedience.”
A few years ago speculation emerged that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange had grown up in The Family. His hair colour didn’t help nor, possibly, his personality. Assange admitted that a man who was his mother’s boyfriend in the late 1970s had been a member of the cult. The man had been “a sinister presence” who sought to have “a certain psychological power” over his family, Assange said, and they eventually went on the run from him. But he said he never met Hamilton-Byrne or had any direct contact with the group as a whole.

The assumption has been that the molestation and rape charges filed in Sweden against Wikileaks founder Julian Assange last week were a political hit job--an attempt to silence him for publishing stuff that powerful people don't want to see published.
Now that the stories underlying the charges have been published, however, it seems something else is at work.
The two women who filed the charges both had sex with Assange on successive nights. Both were pissed that he charmed them into bed and then he never called them again. Both were mortified to learn that he had had sex with them on back-to-back evenings. One was annoyed that, after seducing her in a movie theater, he spent the 45 minutes in the cab riding from a movie to her apartment "tweeting and texting and reading stories about himself." Both said he preferred not to wear a condom. One said he seemed to have an aversion to the word "no." And so on...
At least as the Sydney Herald's Asher Moses tells it, there's not much in the stories about forced sex or "molestation" or politically-driven hit jobs. Mostly it's about two Julian Assange fans annoyed that the rock star Wikileaks founder charmed their pants off and then bolted.
The rape charges have since been dropped. The "molestation" charge is outstanding.

A day in the life of nomadbrah:
Gets up in morning ready for his trip to Jew York, drinks a glass of orange Jews. Works out for a bit on his exercise kike.
Takes taxi to airport. Avoids train at all costs. Listens to 'Hey Jewed' on his headphones.
Taxi driver drops him off says 'take care dude' - nomadbrah replies 'you take care too, jewd'. Taxi driver accelerates off at some pace.
Enters airport, is pissed off that there is a long wait and that he's at the back of the jew! Again.
Decides to waste a bit of time so wanders around like the lost cosmopolitan he is, in jewty free. Can't find what he really wants to drink so settles on a bottle of Mountain Jew.
Then heads off to the airport Jewsagents along the way to buy a Jewspaper. They don't have the one he wants, so settles on the 'Jews of the World'.
Heads back to the long jew.
On the way, he needs to jewrinate, so heads to the nearest airport toilet. Has to spend a couple of shekels just to get in. Mutters under his breath 'the jews did this'.
Back in the jew, he waits patiently.
Finally he is greeted by the beautiful airport check-in hostess. He starts staring at her nose, moving around her from side to side to check its profile. He can't take his eyes off it. What a honker!
She ignores his somewhat irrational behaviour and greets him as normal: 'how are you today mr. nomadbrah?'.
"I'm fine, how are jew?"
She carries on regardless.
'how was your day?'
"Not too bad. I worked out on my exercise kike for half an hour then did a bit of Brazilian Jew-Jitsu just to lumber up".
She stares at him harder this time and operates the secret red button underneath her desk. She mutters in to her earpiece in a quiet voice 'we've got a live wire here - Aisle 19 - repeat live wire on Aisle 19'.
She smiles.
She tries to change the subject to make small talk to keep him occupied before security come.
'Did you see the news today? what a terrible tragedy'
"I never watch the Jews"
She shifts, uncomfortably. A moment seems like a lifetime as she looks in to his deep wide loony eyes.
Unable to think of anything else to say, she just comes out with it: 'I don't mean to offend you mr. nomadbrah, but you seem somewhat agitated'.
"If you only jew..."
Finally security arrive.
'Mr. nomadbrah? transiting to Tel Aviv on El-AL flight 1488?'
"That is I. Is there a problem officer?"
'Mr. nomadbrah, please state the nature of your business in the holy land'
"Security research!"
'Mr. nomadbrah, please come with us. NOW'.
"Am I being detained officers?"
'NOW buddy!'
But of course, mr. nomadbrah refuses to go quietly.
"I'm a respectable citizen, you can't do this to me. Only last week I was selected for Jewery service!"
"I am a personal friend and colleague of Jewlian Assange!"
They taser him for a fifth time but he has the strength of ten men in his current heightened state.
...
Gentlemen, I am sad to have to inform you that our RVF brother may not be all that he appears to be. I backtraced his IP, and consequences will never be the same again.
This was nomadbrah outside the airport as they led him away to the nearest mental health facility:
Sad!
By one account, the last words he was heard screaming as he was led away, was "Jew'll be sorry!"
To which they replied: "Jew have the right to remain silent!".
nomadbrah, is there something you would like to say to the forum?

Trump’s Power to Fire Federal Workers Curtailed by Judge

Trump ain't gonna pardon Assange. Assange isn't some low-level mobster or drug runner. No way in hell did this happen without Trump's approval.
What possible excuse is there for this?
No excuse but I'm coming from a viewpoint where that silver lining exists but a very small one. I am not full nihilistic or full blown bridge burning (yet).
This mounting evidence cannot be ignored anymore by those who are MAGA. We still get these drive by posts in the Trump thread by some random slick who insults posters blaming them for being Euro or Aussie, not seeing the big picture, how all of this is what power looks like etc etc.
Meanwhile Wikileaks made sure to publish damaging details about those in power in the Obama years, including Hillary herself, a woman who could have serious links to Russian collusion, Chinese spy networks being taken down, human trafficking, Benghazi which ended in dead Americans.
She and her husband are walking around free as a bird along with that monstrous pedo Epstein - fuck knows what he has on people and all the while we're to take this up our ass and then along come these random slicks or Qtards saying "we're making America and Western civilisation great again!", you are just a foreigner and a hater.
Wouldn't the biggest irony, the biggest black pill one I might add, is to see Assange in chains for showing the world how truly corrupt and evil the top of the pyramid actually is but the people doing it are outside his cell smirking.
That I am afraid is the final straw for me and this ship is nothing but a floating, corrupt turd that not even todays tech and thinking can even begin to tackle. We have all the knowledge, all the tech and ability and...they're still free to do as they please.
Outside of a Black Swan event of reckoning I dont see how you can nail them and MAGA or MEGA.
