I spent a week in DF last year. I was based off Condesa which I highly recommend.
I did not game as I was there with a Mexican chick already but honestly I remember walking for hours and seeing 0 hot girls. So weird for a city of this size. Nightlife had some talent but still quite disappointing.

People are super friendly (standard Mexican). City is very affordable, much cheaper than Playa or Cancun. Great food, if you want to impress a girl on a date the World Trade Centre has a rotating restaurant at the top with a sick view. Will be more expensive than other places but not super bad (~$100-$120 for 2 people).

I hugely recommend to visit Tepito, is the biggest black market in the world (its the size of a small town basically). You can find anything from exotic animals to stolen cars to fake goods etc. Just don’t take valuable with you as it is considered a dangerous place, I didn’t have any issue but everyone though I was crazy when I told them I visit.

Tepito is the place the guide books warn you not to go; a place where you can buy anything, from the latest Hollywood blockbuster, to a spider monkey, a bag of cocaine, or an AK-47. It’s a place where muggings and street violence are so common they pass almost unremarked.

I was in alert mode due to all the people telling me it was super dangerous but I think they way over exaggerate (some guy even told me to not wear socks like da fuck?).
The thing is you have to go in like family plan mood, with a girl or something, or on your own. If you go with other foreigners and they hear you speaking you could be a target. Apparently even if they hear you talking in non Chilango Mexican Spanish you are fair game.

But honestly if you just go there with few money, no cards and a shitty phone thats the most they can take from you. Its very unlikely you gona get kidnap or any of the sort.

Most of the clothes/electronic looked clearly fake to me, you can get a $200 nike shoes for like $20. Everything was crazy cheap, like toothpaste costing half of the price of supermarket.
Apparently the trick is selling you some stuff at very good price and then following you and mug you for taking it back, go figure their business model. Someone told me that even taking the getting mugged risk in consideration its still very convenient to shop there because the cheap price.

If you walk towards the end and cross the street you will find the Santua Muerte statue. Pretty sick place, there were a few gangsters looking guys gathered praying and they leave empty cans of beer and cigarettes there to respect their dead.

If I ever go back to Latin America, I'm doing this.

How did you find her/meet her set this up? I'm assuming this was just business, you weren't also banging her.

I'm on some crazy restricted diet and half my life is cooking.

I posted in an expat Facebook group for Mexico City, saying that I was looking for someone to cook my weekly meal prep, and gave an example of a meal I was looking to have cooked for me within my post (sweet potatoes/broccoli/chicken for example). I specified I was looking for meal prep rather than a gourmet cook. I'm sure there are some other places you could post, but that was the only one I could think of at the time. 4 people reached out to me, 2 chefs and 2 college girls. Craigslist or a similar site might be another good option. Maybe expat sites like Internations or Couchsurfing

Didn't really go for the chefs because I felt like that was more costly than it needed to be, so I focused on the 2 girls. One was attractive and telling me she found me attractive, while trying to charge me $100 a week, which was pretty ridiculous. I could get cheaper in the US. The other girl wasn't very attractive, and charged me $35. I hired her and said i would give her $40 instead. I figured it's better if I have no desire to fuck my meal prep cook. I would focus on college girls as they are easier to negotiate with and are cheaper in my opinion. They just want some spending money. If I was going to do it again, I might post the money I was offering from the beginning, to eliminate any nonsense offers

For prep, I try to keep a minimalism type lifestyle so I just buy 20 packs of throwaway plastic plates each week, splitting each meal into a plate, and have the girl wrap everything with plastic wrap so it stays fresh during the week. I either grab the groceries ahead of time, or take her to the store with me

The best thing about Pata Negra was the free salsa lessons every Wednesday and Saturday night. Those were fun, populated, and there would always be more girls than guys. I'm sure there's something else similar in the city.

Ya those were solid. Went once to the actual lesson and showed up at the end of the lessons on a few other nights and there were always a lot of girls there. Always more girls than guys. I've heard about the place Mama Rumba that Denzel was mentioning, but haven't investigated. Salon Rios is another one that has some lessons. Mambocafe is one other spot but not sure if it has lessons or not

So you just show up to this spot and have free lessons with whoever?

Or how does this work?

You just show up and the class starts with whoever is there. I feel like there were around 30 people more or less the times I checked it out. There is a teacher that runs it

So I arrived here, first time in Latin America. It's a bit intimidating. Spent yesterday smoking some mota friends and tried Mexican food, it is like Jesus created it himself. I keep getting eyed everywhere cos im blonde, I see some talent here and there, I need to get my bearings straight and then hopefully I can start macking. Language barrier is also a problem, I realised my Spanish sucks but im going to fix that. I'm here for a month so if anyone wants to meet pm me.

Which area would be the cheapest amongst the popularly mentioned ones? I like Polanco but somewhat decent flat would cost me at least $1200/month, would love to bring that down a little.
I am looking for studio / 1br, good view/location over space - will be staying 4-5months.

@Mikestar I will probably be leaving PDC and coming on 1st July, another blonde gringo struggling with Spanish [Image: smile.gif]

If you're into nightlife I wouldn't recommend Mexico City atm. All the good spots in Roma and Condesa have been closed down due to political reasons

Please keep us updated at least every 5 days. CDMX is def on my list. I live in TX and can catch cheap flights down there pretty frequently.

What political reasons? I find that hard to believe.

Cdmx is cool, Spend like 10 days there

I recommend staying in condesa / roma, tinder will work if you are above average looking.

I found it hard to find solid daygaming places, maybe try somewhere close to a university

Elections. Ask anyone here partying in CDMX which well established party places are open, and see what your answers are haha

Ok. Can’t see why bars would be closed because of it though. Even a few days after the quake places were bumpin.

I’ve never been there during an election so I’d be interested to know specifics. Physical safety? People too pissed to go out?

I was at Savu (club in condesa) a few weekends ago, around 1am partying with friends when like 10-15 police men stormed in went searching every part of the club. They told us to leave. Supposedly they were looking for a drug operation, but who knows. I hear that it may just be plain old police corruption.
That club is still closed, also a handful others in that same area.

My fav nightlife here has been music shows, like techno or house DJ sets (always good DJ's comin thru town) & indie bands. Not the best places to meet girls though, mainly because its always a big sausage fest.

I've seen the most amount of women at salsa/latin music bars here unsurprisingly, so better learn some salsa and hit the dancefloor boys.
Also I suggest always getting a table and bottle service because its cheap - just like around $80-150 depending on the booze and its worth it.

Also I'm still here for another month so PM me if you're in town and lets get some beers yo

Don't be a pussy brahsef.

Yeah you're not going to see hot bitches in Condesa because it's a yuppie neighborhood. If you want talent go to SantaFe or Polanco. Swing by Avenida Mazaryk and you'll definitely find some talent.

Savú hosts every Sunday a Venezuelan rumba called "estacion Caracas". Probably the best party in the city.

I was in CDMX while the club got closed. Some time passed since then and the club might have reopened. Just saying it's worth to check out, especially on a Sunday.

I'm interested in potentially doing a semester out in Mexico since one of the colleges out there is ranked fairly high in what I'm interested in studying, how do you think the student life would be out there? If I go to the college there I imagine I'd be around some of the hottest girls in the city and they'd be much more receptive to my game since we are both students. I also noticed some universities in Mexico have crazy populations like 200k+ people I think some of those were numbers for the district but I think some of them were actual universities, that seems like a crazy amount of people.

What university? What school? Where would you be housed? Those are more important questions in Mexico City than "girls being receptive to your game".

Just got to Mexico City last night. Flew straight here towards the end of a four day bender so between the hangover, new surroundings, lack of English, the shitty last second airbnb I booked, and heat I'm admittedly a little disoriented. Anybody around and willing to give a lost soul some local tips? Drinks, food, coffee, whatever - on me of course. Shoot me a PM, thanks!

CDMX is a paradise if you're the typical tall blonde blue eyes guy, but still good even if you're another race.
Good Spanish is mandatory down there.

Hi guys, hope you're all doing well and getting laid,

I'll be heading over to D.F. shortly for about a week, first time since 2015, I'm looking for good day game spots if anyone has any updates. I went through this entire thread since 2016 but didn't find much.

Last time I was there I would spend all day day-gaming for days on end, Roma street and coffee shops were ok, but few and far between, and Centro was actually sort of weak, rarely saw good targets, it was mainly families, dates, groups. I was surprised given how so many people raved about it on the forum. The place I should have been more aggressive was Reforma, coffee shops and street, just got intimidated by how American it was.

2nd question..Thinking about staying in Centro this time: maybe near the tour bus stop?..sounds crazy, but last time there I did indeed see a number of young girls out in the early evenings, hanging out in restos and higher-class hostel restos/bars. So why go to Roma when the density is so low there if you can just be at the center of day game opportunities? In fact a lot of the centro girls are too lazy to head out to Roma even if you offer an Uber.

Also, the thing about Roma that annoyed me.. great date spot, easy 1st date bang logistics, but the girls there all had that "only talk to me in English" wanna-be American attitude (i speak fluent spanish)...but if this staying in the Centro idea this idea is too radical, then I'll just stay in Roma of course.

To clarify, not interested in Tinder, night game, or Condessa...in it for the day game, getting laid is a 2nd.

thank you
