That is hilarious.

The world will never be the same.

And Busts the Pocket Square!

Roosh, you have to give us an update on how the Suited Down Game is going.

I have to think that you are seeing a huge jump up in your swooping Game.

Confirm or Deny?

Your best line from the video, Roosh.

I watched this a couple of hours ago, and it was the FIRST thing I noticed. I left a little comment on YouTube about how smooth he looks.

Yup. Was so distracted I didn't really pay a lot of attention to what he was saying the first time through - I was so psyched by the suit and the blog posts it will bring in the future.

I guess I am wearing a suit. [Image: smile.gif]

It's a Zara suit actually. The fit could be better around the shoulders but it does the job.

I've worn it maybe half a dozen times. My preliminary findings while wearing the suit:

1. I get more looks and compliments, from both men and women.
2. My standards go way up, so I actually approach less. Very few women are good enough when I'm suited up.
3. I spend more money, like I'm a mini-baller or something. Wearing a suit has a strange psychological effect on my spending habits. I make it rain.

Because of number 2, I actually get less than if I don't wear a suit. My hypothesis is this: I will pull less, but what I do pull will be higher quality. So we'll see as I continue the experiment. I like it enough that I'm looking into buying a second suit.

Roosh, invest 20 bucks in having your suit fitted by a tailor.

Also, don't buy a shitty Zara suit. Go to an Armani store, and figure out what your approximate size is. Then order it online from Ebay, and have it tailored.

In general custom is best, but unless you send away to HK for it, it will be rather expensive.

But so true.

The crazy thing is I have been going Suited Down for a long time and I still feel those things.

These two:

Kind of work in tandem.

You approach less, but are approached more.

Which is what makes rolling suited down so strong.

It also will make you put more of an effort toward venue selection.

You need to be in a place with tons of fly girls while suited down.

If you have the Suit Game tight and you are in the right venue, you hardly need Game.

Which is one of the reasons I smack people around on here so much when they don't name the names of bars.

Ha. Roosh will have a closet full of these things in a year or two.

Spend a little money on the next one, consider it an investment. You could save a few hundred bucks by going w/a cheaper one but you're at the point where you're not going to change much physically, so you can easily expect a suit to last you 10 years. When you think about it that way you realize its worth spending some dough on the nicer ones.

Go custom. If not already.

The suit doesn't look dope because it is not custom.

It's a starter suit. Sure Roosh will step up the suit game soon. No point in dropping serious cash on your first suit if you are not 100% sure you will use it often.

its really gotten to the point where you can go custom for not much more then entry level. there's a guy out of DC who will take your measurements, go through the process with you, and get you a custom suit for $500ish. for an extra $200 or so over a Zara suit (pre alterations) you have a custom suit. its money well spent.

The only people who would know (or give a shit) if it's custom, are guys who are very educated in suits/wear custom suits regularly. It looks good man.

Somebody needs to start a thread about female's reception to suits in varying geographical locations. Something tells me a girl in EE might not respond to the suit in the same way that a girl from Argentina would. Or maybe I'm wrong.

All the talk of custom suits is overblown.
With Roosh's body type he can buy a nice suit and just have it tailored. He doesn't need custom. In fact, most people won't even notice the difference between a custom suit and one he had tailored. I've been wearing suits for a long time and I'm a strong believer in buying a good suit from a place like Nordstrom and having the tailor make adjustments as needed. Get a slim/modern fit in a nice Ted Baker or Boss.

Custom suits have their place for men who like to spend the money on them, but unless it costs less than a suit you can get tailored, I'd save the extra dough and put it in the pussy fund.

I tried on a Brioni jacket Sunday and it felt miles better than any other. I felt like I could throw baseballs in it. Then I looked at the tag.. 3k.

This is the Greek equivalent of a Brioni (and I own at least 10!).

When it is time to go Custom, it will reveal itself to you.
