Goodness, at my old company, I'm sure people were crying their eyes out and contemplating leaping out the 10 story windows. Thankfully, I was at a new company before all this whiny bullshit. Here, people are all hoping for a better 4 years than the past 8. Refreshing to know that I don't have to worry about anything I say without offending someone.

I keep my mouth shut because I try to not discuss religion and politics in the workplace. But, when I hear others talking, it makes me smile knowing that these men and women are thick skinned and swinging for a better America.
