Hencredible do you think Cordoba or Rosario are cities for a guy who is into phat ass women? Or the women there dont really have booties?
No. I wouldn't say it's THE place to go for guys who are focused specifically on that feature. I would just say overall, taking into account body (reasonable) and face, the women in Argentina are better put together and hotter.
If you're just looking at buns, I don't see how those Argentine cities can compete with Brazil. Here's a pic if you want to be the judge, but I don't think this would qualify as "phat" for some of the guys on here:

Damnn..thats my type of booty. If the average girl in Argentina is like that then i think this is the perfect place for me. I have a friend who lived in Argentina and he keeps on telling me to go visit there and he thinks i will end up living there because the women there are just too perfect. Brazillian booty is too wild for me, i usually prefer booties like the ones showed on that pic, but i just wonder if thats the average argentinian body.

Really,I'm a Paulistano (born and raised in SP) and agree 100% with Roosh's view on Sampa . He explains a very correct picture of Sao Paulo and the differences of RioxSP life.
Roosh says the girls in Rio are prettier. Other threads here say otherwise.
Mr GM, what do you say? For girls - Rio or SP?
I saw more pretty girls walking in the streets of Rio (Barra,Arpoador,Tijuca(Estacio de Sa University)Gavea,Ipanema etc) than I usually see in SP. On the other hand, In Sao Paulo you have model looking girls near financial districts such as Faria Lima and Paulista, but most are career whores or will have the same shields as Leblon Girls(Bitchy).the quality of girls the clubs here SP though are for all pockets and tastes, you can't complain about shortage of hot women in Sao Paulo.
In general I find Rio to be more laid back and fun than SP,and in contrast SP provides a better and more diverse nightlife(although I can't say that I explored much of Rio's nightlife)and the city has more infraestructure and things to do,more "niche" spots and cultural opportunities.
In my personal taste, today If I could I would live in Rio, because I'm a beach/sports guy, and I also love nature and landscape beauty .
Sao Paulo is ugly,Rio is beautiful.
I also love the informality of Rio,the fact the you can find a small botequin with music in a random corner to drink beer, meet girls and make friends. This is harder in SP.
Chicks need to be on rotation like a Netflix queue

Alright, the taxi rape prices are for real. I paid R$100 to get to my friends house from the airport, but still, just as bad a the US. Not sure which area they live in either, but I can tell you it's not too far from paulista ave. and it's 2 or 3 blocks away from what they considered to be one of the best universities in Brazil (And I must say it did look very nice).
A couple of girls I met were at the so called best Uni in SP (and Brazil apparently), don't know if it's the same one you talk about but they took me there one Friday to the student union / bar area for a party. The uni is an absolute dump inside, run down to fuck and dirty. The toilets were a disgrace, shit all over the walls, sinks don't work, urinals all broken off the walls. If that's the best uni I'd hate to see what the worst looks like. Had a lot of fun though, lots of curious young Brazilian girls who wanted to know what I was doing there. Got busted by a security dude with one of the girls in a class room and chucked out eventually.

Haha. You're probably talking about the University of Sao Paulo (USP). It's probably the best university in all of Latin America. I know a few graduates from there working in places as far as New Zealand. It's a great school academically, but the facilities are definitely third world.

Yeah. Argentina, specifically the cities Cordoba and Rosario, have the best averages of any country I've been to. I would say Brazil has the hottest HOT chicks, but Argentina's averages blow Brazil out the water.

Couldn't have said it better. That's what I meant when I said that the guys who say there are hot chicks in SP mean that in the same way as there are in NYC (the high end scene of models and career whores).

Definitely not the spot. This uni was very nice, there were actually two right next to each other. You would think you were in an American school had you only seen the inside. I went inside, my friends were majoring in culinary, they kitchen was awesome.
Maybe you're talking about Mackenzie Presbyterian University? That's the "other nice school" after USP. It's in a really posh area of the city. I stayed a few blocks from there.

I've been to Brazil a few times. I spent like 12 days in Sao Paulo and have some local friends there, which is why I know about the schools and stuff.

On the outside this uni I talk of looked nice but once I actually got inside it was so hot. The bar area was fine (though doesn't seem like they have student union bars like we have them in the UK this was basically just a shop that sold beer with a ghetto blaster and some chairs) but the class rooms were pretty rundown and the toilets rank.
